Always reliable

Was a great place to stay with our 2 fur babies. Clean, big, great out door court yard for the doggies. Would definitely stay again when in Canberra with the fur babies

Absolutely fantastic place, very nostalgic feel and 1st class rooms. Easy check in and out service and very close to shopping and sites to see

We mentioned to the desk that the lip going into the bathroom is unacceptable. Yes it has carpet on it but that honestly makes it blend more. I ended up kicking it on my way in and 4 days later my bug toe is still sore. I honestly feel it could be fractured (my husband is a paramedic/ combat medic) so we know. Otherwise the stay was lovely. The grounds are pretty but the hotel is a bit tired. We would stay again however.

Really enjoyed our stay. Reception staff could not have been more helpful. Town Centre is within walking distance.

The property was a rare gem, especially the rooms with lofts! The kids thoroughly enjoyed their experience, and the stay was truly memorable.

Property located in a great location, easy 10mins walk to restaurants and shopping.

Lovely room, comfortable bed and huge shower. All good. Easy parking out front. Good location. Bistro a bit noisy & long queue to order. But food & wine were very good!

Bath towels are not provided in accordance with the number of the guests. No bin lining provided. No slippers provided. Fare alarm went off at 7am.

It’s a great old federation style building with period furnishing. However, it is quite tired and would greatly benefit from refurbishment.

For it’s age it was in that good condition but good enough. Buffet breakfast was varied enough and sufficient for all. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location mostly walking distance to many places. I could come here again if the trip was headed this way.

The bed was rock hard. Their was dirty tissues under the bed. The soap in the shower was empty. The room nextdoor had a dog that barked throughout the night. The room has musty smell. The food from the restrant was excellent.

For its age it’s in good condition, parking is a little costly, breakfast buffet was reasonable. Good location
