I did like how everything was set out. My friend very happy with the gym. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the bar meal the first night.

I throughly enjoyed my stay. Housekeeping was fantastic at keeping my room neat and tidy. Breakfast was fantastic with excellent and new choices everyday. The grounds were kept clean and were beautiful. Will stay here again.

Great place for an overnight stay. I wasn’t a fan of having to climb stairs to get to my room on level 3. Other than that it was all good.

Mercure GC resort is usually our first option for accommodation whenever we visit QLD.
The breakfast is great, the pools are lovely. However this time, it was not a great stay. It rained while we were there and right outside our room was a broken pipe drain so it sounded

Room was musty smelling, no bathmat, no hand towels. Bar closes at 9.30pm and no other place close by to eat or drink, you need a car or uber to go to Broadbeach. Telephone reception nearly non-existent and hotspottting on your phone for internet also poor

This is rated as a 4star resort but it is really more of a 1-2 star property that is very old, tired and understaffed. There were no amenities in the room, the shower didn’t work and neither did the fridge. The staff would not bring any soaps or amenities to the room even through they were missing and I had to get them myself from reception.
At the restaurant we needed to clear our own table from the previous customers dirty dishes so we could sit down. The staff clearly didn’t care and made no effort to provide support or service. I would stay anywhere but this property in the future

The rooms are comfortable and the property is a handy location. The only issues were room 5211 had mould in the bathroom around the shower and the king bed had queen sheets on it which were way too short and pulled out from all sides including bottom. Minor things but detracted from a 5 star. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great place to stay with kids and have a plenty of parking available. The property was quite clean and the reception was easily accessible at all times. The staff were amazing with great customer service skills. I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the pool area was relaxing, the service from staff was excellent and the breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable.
