We checked in to the hotel on April 2021, We do not have an idea about the room, cause’ this our first time at Gold Coast. We are very lucky this time because we sleep on the third floor without an elevator. Our luggage was quite large which made it a bit difficult to enter our room. Inside the room has dust on the shelves and appliances. The electrical appliances in the room are quite old.

Room was clean but smelt musty. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Main pool closed due to maintenance. Pizza from cafe was terrible

Rooms are dated, yet good but need updating- the AC in the rooms need upgrade - temp gauge not working well, the room have a smell of dampness or lack refresh aired rooms, even when AC has been wiring all day.

The oasis pool and spa would’ve been enjoyable if they were open! The biggest disappoint of our trip. We specifically picked Mercure for the big pool and spa, we were not notified at all that it would be closed during our stay, otherwise we would’ve cancelled and found something else. A special thanks to one of the managers Sophie who gifted wine and chocolates after hearing our disappointment. Overall a good stay, generally clean, great buffet breakfast, friendly staff. The bathroom could do with a revamp and the vent in the room definitely needs a good clean as it constantly blew dust. If the oasis pool is open I’d recommend Mercure.

Aircon was a mission to get sorted and didn't get cold either. Room was ok, nearly every room head stairs to get to then. but breakfast was great.

We were very happy to stay here and would stay again. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was lovely however they accidentally skipped a day of cleaning the room while we were out. We got a credit on our account for food and beverage for this accident which was nice. Buffet was great and would recommend booking this as a package with the room as it's worth it. The only bad thing was the large oasis pool was out of action for maintenance and we were not informed until a couple of days before check in. It was disappointing as I have a 6 year old and a smaller pool which was available was still a bit too deep for him to use well. It also meant the spa was out of action. So it would have been nice to have notification about this in the website before booking.

All good Staff efficient

Staff were fantastic, dinner was very good with breakfast plenty of choice.

Had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor , the air conditioning is intermittent cuts in and out . Gold coast heat not good. The room smelt funky , pillows poor quality and no body wash in the depsener in the shower. The curtains on the window arent block out and the sun shines in at 5am. Not much on offer in the buffet breakfast , watermelon soggy , eggs powered , bacon is like plastic pre cooked . Dirty stairwell and dead roaches present. Lastly on check in asked where the towels are located for the pool and time the pool opens . We were told 6am. Took the kids in to swim only to be meet by a rude attendant telling us the pool was closed for maintenance. Nothing mention during the booking process . No signage to say as such. Certainly not a resort , not relaxing stay and advice don't stay here. I've travelled Australia and this place would be on of the worst.

Don’t book this website you can’t call if you want to cancel booking. On their refund you will be you can’t talk to real people. This website is joke.

Fast easy check in accommodation looks very new, plenty of room very modern.

room quality, bathroom weird and dirty.

Basically stayed for a night only with my two daughters, arrived late and left early but it was peaceful, no street noise.

Great service, the man at reception was so welcoming. The room was really spacious and had everything I needed. I sat at the pool in the morning and wow what a beautiful area. Highly recommend! The area is also tucked away, beautiful and peaceful
