We checked in to the hotel on April 2021, We do not have an idea about the room, cause’ this our first time at Gold Coast. We are very lucky this time because we sleep on the third floor without an elevator. Our luggage was quite large which made it a bit difficult to enter our room. Inside the room has dust on the shelves and appliances. The electrical appliances in the room are quite old.

Room was clean and beautiful as shown on pictures.

Room and staff were great Thank you. Yet the food was very poor, not even 1 star rating, plus far far too over priced for what was given and was not fresh. Sorry. Just the truth.

The room was not the one I booked, it was supposed to have a view of Palm Meadows Golf Course, It had a view of the hotel footpath, they attempted to move us to a room which had a partial view with two queen beds I booked one with king bed so we did not move, Sophie at reception said I could cancel and find another hotel !!!!!!

Perfect for work

As soon as I entered my room there was a strong musty, mouldy smell. Obviously after a while you didn't notice it but it was still there. There was mould somewhere, you just couldn't see it. Luckily I had a balcony so I could leave the glass door open and let fresh air in. Every time I came back to my room, that smell was very strong. Mould is very toxic and this room, and any others like it should be completely stripped out and refurbished. Also, I had no assistance offered with my luggage to drag it to the room which was surprising. Maybe I should have asked for it, but to be honest, these little things are what are usually offered without having to ask for them. There's no room service available, when I arrived, I was exhausted but had to go and collect my dinner. I appreciate it's a big complex with lots of separate accommodation buildings, but other similarly laid out resorts offer room service. Overall for the price per night I was very disappointed.

Laundry Service was essentially non existant. Over the 3 nights/days, not once was the room cleaned and guests would need to help themselves to the open Staff Only room for spare towels etc. Although each block of Units are 3 storey, there are no lifts, just 31 steps up and 31 steps down if staying on L3. I was unaware of this prior to booking. At no stage did I complain as we were only in for 3 days and the accommodation and bar were really good. Car parking underground and plenty of room for larger vehicles provided no higher than 2.2m.

Great staff and amenitiesm

We loved our stay and the resort has plenty to offer. The only negative was Room 3101 was musty an the carpet felt damp. The AC is an evaporative system an seemed to struggle in the humidity. Other than this, the room was spacious and clean. We recommend and would stay again.

My daughter and I were assigned a room on the other side of the resort where all the schoolies and youth were staying. This was not appropriate for my young daughter or myself as I was working the time that I was there. The internet was terrible, the noise and feet stamping as well as door slamming was frustrating and the parking was atrocious (we couldn't go put for dinner or there was parking spot on our return and quite dangerous for my daughter and I late at night). I was quite disappointed with my stay this time.

The property was convenient to attending a conference on the Gold Coast without paying exorbitant prices on the coastal strip. An easy drive to and from the venue. Comfortable and cosy with a relaxing view of the Golf Course and dining reasonable at the bar without fuss & expense after a long conference day. Thanks for making our visit easy and relaxing.
