Lovely place for a stay with the family. Great ambiance, great service, secure parking. The buffet breakfast is the best for families and especially for kids. Facilities are second to none with a swimming pool, tennis, and golf course next to the hotel.

We loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious, well appointed and immaculately clean, and had a beautiful outlook over a big pond and golf course. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing we felt was missing was an extra blanket for the bed, but not a big deal. The included snacks and drinks were a very nice touch. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ordered some food from our room and it was ready to go by the time we walked up to the bar to collect it. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back

Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!

The breakfast was nice, the rooms were large enough and the pool was lovely. The downside is that there are no lifts so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs for check-in/check-out. Other than that, we were happy with the resort.

I always enjoy staying at Mercure when I'm back down on the Gold Coast. The service was friendly at the Bar area. One disappointing thing was the Buffet Breakfast. The quality of the food was poor and the price too high compared to what I experience at other hotels.
