We loved our little loft! The kitchenette was very handy for saving some money on eating out, and the proximity to town was great!

Was the Hot tub hot enough??? Idk. It was literally over capacity with children. Was the steam room or dry sauna relaxing? No. They too were packed with children who left doors open allowing the rooms to cool down. Was there ample towels for when we got out of the sauna? Nope. I even walked outside, across the property to the front desk to ask for a couple towels. I was told they would have to be brought by housekeeping. We trusted towels would arrive and they never did. We spent a good 30 min in the dry sauna and when we came out we had to drip dry before walking back to our rooms. No one even showed up with towels

Our view of the Mountains was beautiful! Room clean and well-appointed. Friendly staff - helpful and attentive. The pool/sauna/steamroom/hot tub area clean and perfect after a day on the slopes at Marmot Basin! We look forward to returning.

Room smelt terrible, like greasy fish. We had 4 rooms booked and had cancelled one night on one room. Had email confirmation from the hotel and from Expedia. The staff at check in were less than helpful, saying we have to pay for that one night. The manager on site was also useless. So back to Expedia I had to go, waiting on hold for another hour of my life, for something that was already taken care of weeks in advance. Pool was ok. Crowded and noisy, but the kids liked it. I also had an inquiry about 2 weeks before check-in that went unanswered. They also had no parking available on the property so we had to Street park. Not a huge deal, but just one more thing

Staff were very friendly, room was nice. Wish they had real wood for the fireplace. What we had was barely a flame. Wish the fridge was a bit bigger. Overall, nice room.

Great location, pool, hot tub, sauna, all amazing and clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable and i had some louder neighbor. I have stayed here before, and likely will again for the amenities. Just wish the beds were better.

Stayed in a suite. Beds were great, TV’s were very big and easy to hook things up to. Bathroom was very nice. Location was great other than having to park a block away because they were full and we arrived late. We had zero complaints, highly recommend and would return for sure!

There was no microwave. It was really noisy and it sounded like a herd of elephants running past my room on the hour. Also, i have an adult niece with a severe cognitive disability and the restaurant refused to allow me to purchase an extra breakfast to bring up to the room. I was stll denied after i informed them of my nieces disabilitu and that she has issues being around people. No empathy just a hatd NO. In addition, i was provided with a laye check out (which I requested days before arrival...turns out at 11:30 my key cards were canceled. I immediately went to reception ( no apology...just issued another card). I would not recommend this establishment to anyone! I would give 0 stars!
