Our room was clean and surprisingly up to date with modern features. Our kitchenette was supplied with pots, pans, dinnerware, and silverware. We were conveniently walking distance to the main street of town. Would stay here again.

Just what we needed! We got the "studio 1 queen," and it was nice to have a kitchenette because restaurants are very expensive here. Also nice to have a couch! The room was a bit warm, but the windows opened wide to let in fresh air. (Note in the summer months, there's no A/C, just a small fan in the room.) It was a pleasant surprise to find there was a pool, hot tub, and wet/dry saunas -- and nobody else was using them! The location is good, about a 10 min walk into the heart of Jasper. Nice to be away from the crowds, and close enough not to have to drive into town for food/visitors center. Every hotel in the parks is extremely expensive, but this one has the best balance of cost and quality for our needs.

Motel not hotel. Heating and fan wasn't working, no ventilation. They have small fans to use. Stove top not proper kitchen stove, okay for testing up things, and making eggs. Wasn't as nice as I expected. Bit overpriced too.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The kitchenette was great for making breakfast or snacks. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was great. The drawback to these rooms was that the upstairs loft is where the bed is, while the bathroom is on the main level. Added to this was the lack of air-conditioning. The fans were helpful, but in the summer heat they probably will not be enough to keep one's self cool.

I like the place we stayed at but the only thing is they don’t have an elevator. It was very difficult to bring up our luggage’s all the way to the top floor.
