Clean, organized rooms. Fast check in/out. Bathrooms could use an update and the parking lot shouldn’t be taken up by service vehicles. Otherwise all good.

Room was great, worked PERFECT for our family of 5….we even could have had a few extras as the couch was a sofa bed! Lots of room great amenities. Only other thing I could have used was a overly, but the stove top made due😜

The room we had was great. However, you’re not allowed to burn real wood in the fireplace. Otherwise, we loved our stay here.

Inn & Suits is a good place to stay. Only real complaint is that everything is very outdated. Fresh paint, some USB charging ports, alarm clocks and mattresses that are a little bit soft (old?) would go a long ways.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, loved that we had more space to spread out. The kitchen area is beautiful and we loved the fireplace. The beds were very uncomfortable (soft and lumpy) and could use some replacing. The carpet was very old and dingy. With some upgrades, this could be a very nice and comfortable room!

The fireplace and hot tub were nice. The room barely had heat and the breaker to the smoke alarm was turned off. The maintenance guy came and turned it back on and said it was due to the roofers. This probably means the smoke detectors in other rooms with fireplaces were also turned off. There were roofers, which would have been fine if the bed wasn’t under a skylight. The roofers tossed debris off the roof, which resulted in rusty roofing nails on the foot paths to the pool, entrances, and in the parking lot. I picked up fifteen of them on the side walk. The staff at the desk did not seem to care. Overall, unsafe and would not recommend, especially if you have kids and don’t want to get a tetanus shot.

The room and facility were top notch! The staff member who checked us in was also so helpful and provided some great recommendations for the area. The only reason for the 4 star review is that the mattress was a bit too soft - we both found ourselves rolling towards the middle.
