設備等はとてもいい。 近くにスーパーマーケットがあり，買い出しには便利だが，中心街までは少し距離がある。

We liked this place a lot. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Comfortable for two adults. It was nicely upgraded, comfortable and clean. The pool area was also nice and clean. Next time we will stay longer and plan to cook in the unit because the kitchenette was definitely adequate for small meals. We will stay here again.

Wifi didn't work, check in was a little frustrating

Friendly staff. Clean suite. Kids were very excited to have the upstairs to themselves! Would liked to have stayed longer!.

Excess noise in hallway from some cleaning staff at 7am Sunday morning. No elevator for us oldies. Bottom bedsheet was too small.... would not stay in place.... and not because we oldies were over active in bed.... we asked for a change but apparently that's all they had. The rest was great.... bed in alcove was nice idea, kitchenette & equipped was handy, bar table, TV in living room and in bedroom was great, lots of space, everywhere inside and out was clean and well kept.... always staff visible cleaning and up keeping. Friendly staff. Lots of parking space.

The hotel was well maintained, clean and well equipped. The room had a lot of space and was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Close to everything but off the main road.

Balcony overlooking garden was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool facilities. However, when I booked the room, I understood there was a complimentary buffet breakfast. This was not the case.

We stay for 3 nights with my family. Our room was very spacious: living areas with fireplace, well stock kitchen, master bedroom and sleeping loft area. Looks like room is recently renovated: bathroom with walked in shower, and kitchen/ eating area. Close to the center of Jasper, so we walked everywhere! Fantastic view of the mountains (I spent lots of time on the balcony with coffee in the morning, with good book in the afternoon). We used pool, hot tub, steam and dry saunas. It was a great way to finish our day of exploring local hiking trails. Definitely I will recommend this hotel.

I am concerned about the air quality/ventilation of this property. If you have respiratory illness/problems, avoid. I was unable to use the balcony of my room because it seemed to be downwind from some poor ventilation/combustion gases. There was a slight odour, and it caused me chest tightness and breathing difficulties within a few minutes. I spent the rest of my trip battling a cough that was gone as soon as I was no longer in the hotel, leading me to think that the air quality in the room even with the windows/balcony door closed was problematic. I complained to the front desk about this (and other deficiencies in the room) but they were unable to accommodate a change in room for the remainder of my stay. Based on the reaction from the front desk, my complaints were not new to them. It may have been just my single room, but other areas of the property had the same chemically odour.

The hotel was in a convenient location for visiting Jasper and the surrounding attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable overall, with everything we needed for a short stay. Parking was easy, and it was a good base for exploring places like Athabasca Falls, Maligne Canyon, and the Icefields Parkway.

pros: cost per night, clean, lots of towels and face cloths, beds were comfortable enough cons: very old, dingy decor, would not step on carpet with bare feet / patio door in our suite needed staff help to open and a lot of effort from my husband to close it later at night...I would consider it a big fire hazard if someone needed to exit via the sitting area

Good value for money.

The room was great, clean and beautiful.

Hot tub was down, my only complaint was the heat in the room.

Did the job for a quick ski trip.

Easy to use the laundry facilities. Loved having the in-suite kitchen, though our second room was better than the smaller suite. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean room. Pool was on the cold side but the hot tub was perfect. Steam room and sauna very nice. Would highly recommend and will be staying there again.
