The hotel was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful with questions. The room was nice. The hotel setting was beautiful with the grounds beautifully set up with plants and flowers all well maintained. Breakfast was okay. It was a buffet, would have preferred to be able to order off a menu. Parking was easy and you could park on the street if no parking available in the lot.

中心部からは徒歩ではやや遠いが、車では5分程度で立地は悪くなく。なんといってもロフトタイプの素敵な部屋だった。また泊まりたいとも思いました。

Located at a quiet location , I like it . The room is clean .
Things I do not like is there're potholes in the parking lot .
The worst We came a bit before 4PM , the reception staff said our room would be ready in 30 minutes . We came back in half an hour , it's still not done and We checked in almost 5PM .

로프트가 있는 객실이었으며, 에어컨이 없음을 미리 인지해야 합니다. 8월 초였는데도 새벽, 아침, 밤엔 서늘함이 느껴졌습니다. 에어컨이 없어도 시원한 바람이 좋았어요. 쇼파베드는 오래되었으나 자는데는 문제없었어요. 엘리베이터가 없습니다.

King suite was a great size for the family. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staying in Jasper was great for getting to sites.

Found the property old, mattresses were horrible, bed sheets were rough.
The apartment had a good size, too bad AC wasn’t installed.
Too bad as well a home made shelve was built in the entrance instead of a proper shelve.
For 500$ a night, would have hoped for some better quality apartment furniture, beddings.

The room was nice but we could have used air conditioning. We realize Jasper normally is a cooler area, but it was warm when we were there and the fan they provided was very noisy. It was a warm night.

Not worth the $475 for the night! Spider in the bed, room so hot and thermostat didnt work, no ac, very basic room condiments, pillows too large to sleep on and no extra pillows for the pull out. Feel majorly ripped off.

it was okay overall. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel all the springs. We booked the unit for a family of four, but only three bowls and plates were provided. There were also not enough utensils or kitchen accessories. Our room faced other hotels room balconies , so there was very little privacy if we wanted to keep the balcony door open. Since there was no air conditioning, the room became very hot with little air circulation. Only one fan was provided initially, although the host did provide a small table fan upon request.
The property is quite dated and could benefit from some maintenance and updates. Location is close from town center.

Dated property well past its prime. Very expensive for what it is. A few blocks from the center of town. Didn't appreciate the warning that unwashed dishes in the kitchen would incur another $20 charge. That was tacky.

It was a walkable location to the Main Street where we could get dinner. The suite was spacious and quiet. The floors up above creaked though. It’s a 55 year old Inn, but with some Reno’s, it was definitely appreciated. The lady at the front desk check in was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay in Jasper!
