The suite was spacious with a seperate living area. Good location with a 5 minute walk into Jasper town. Very clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant was very good.

We liked this place a lot. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Comfortable for two adults. It was nicely upgraded, comfortable and clean. The pool area was also nice and clean. Next time we will stay longer and plan to cook in the unit because the kitchenette was definitely adequate for small meals. We will stay here again.

We had a semi-basement room and it smelled damp all the time. The cleanliness was OK but I wasn’t impressed that they would charge you CAD15 if you didn’t wash up any crockery or cutlery you use in the suite. Surely that is in the room price already?

Overall the stay was effortless. We received our room passes and all pertinent details in a friendly and informative manor. The pool, hot tub, steam and sauna were very clean, although difficult to access if you’ve mobility issues, due to the staircases one must use. The only issue we had was regarding the restaurant that was only serving a buffet breakfast. We choose this location for the facilities and onsite restaurant, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinners the whole span of our visit which was not optimal.

Jasper Inn and Suites has over 100 units 2 storey blocks. We stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was fast, and the counter staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to explore and eat. They provided free cookies and even gave out free handmade soap for Mother’s Day. Our room with 2 Queen beds room came with an iron, fan, fridge and coffeemaker. There’s heating (piped in hot water) but no air-conditioning. I slept comfortably and soundly. There's no complementary breakfast or free coffee/tea at the lobby. On site is a diner which serves breakfast buffet (for $22) and dinner only from Tuesdays-Saturdays. You don’t have to get breakfast or dinner there - there are many restaurants, at least a bakery, and Nestor’s, a grocery store only 10 mins walk away if you want to get a meal. Laundry (3 washers and 3 dryers) is available in the laundry room on the lower level. It’s $2 for wash and $2 for drying. The maid service was efficient, it is crewed by 3 young staff who were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work very much.

Lovely room with loft and an easy walk into the centre of Jasper. The room was a little tired in places but well equipped and we had a nice view from our balcony. Oddly the bottom sheet on the bed was too small for the bed and so moved around in the night!

When we got to our room the temp was 76.5 degrees. Much too warm to sleep. So I called the front desk and asked someone to come and take a look at our air conditioner. We waited 30 minutes and no one came so I called the front desk again. They finally sent a maintenance person who gave me a fan and told me to open the window. We had a very restless sleep. In the morning the temp was still at 75 degrees.

Excess noise in hallway from some cleaning staff at 7am Sunday morning. No elevator for us oldies. Bottom bedsheet was too small.... would not stay in place.... and not because we oldies were over active in bed.... we asked for a change but apparently that's all they had. The rest was great.... bed in alcove was nice idea, kitchenette & equipped was handy, bar table, TV in living room and in bedroom was great, lots of space, everywhere inside and out was clean and well kept.... always staff visible cleaning and up keeping. Friendly staff. Lots of parking space.

Balcony overlooking garden was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool facilities. However, when I booked the room, I understood there was a complimentary buffet breakfast. This was not the case.
