The queen suite downstairs was stocked with plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, toaster, kettle, pots and a pan, a fridge, small coffee maker and a microwave. Our suite was clean and comfortable. The pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna were great too! We really enjoyed the hotel and our stay in Jasper. The views from the Old Fort Point trail summit are highly recommended.

Nice quiet location. The loft rooms we booked separated the living area and the bedroom nicely. We loved the open fireplaces. Would stay again for sure.

Check in was good. Poor access for disability but they had a staff member help out with luggage going down the stairs. Needs more disability parking closer to the doors, not just ONE spot. The suite turned out really nice and updated kitchen. The down fall was no air movement but did get two fans. The room temperature was cold as we were in the basement.

Walls were part thin and we could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. Also the building itself made some crazy noises (plumbing??) that woke us all up through the night.
