Room is very large, perfect for a family. The kids loved the loft with the beds and their own TV. Pool and hot tub were good and a great size. Walking distance to everything will definitely come back.

Not worth the $475 for the night! Spider in the bed, room so hot and thermostat didnt work, no ac, very basic room condiments, pillows too large to sleep on and no extra pillows for the pull out. Feel majorly ripped off.

it was okay overall. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel all the springs. We booked the unit for a family of four, but only three bowls and plates were provided. There were also not enough utensils or kitchen accessories. Our room faced other hotels room balconies , so there was very little privacy if we wanted to keep the balcony door open. Since there was no air conditioning, the room became very hot with little air circulation. Only one fan was provided initially, although the host did provide a small table fan upon request.
The property is quite dated and could benefit from some maintenance and updates. Location is close from town center.

Dated property well past its prime. Very expensive for what it is. A few blocks from the center of town. Didn't appreciate the warning that unwashed dishes in the kitchen would incur another $20 charge. That was tacky.

It was a walkable location to the Main Street where we could get dinner. The suite was spacious and quiet. The floors up above creaked though. It’s a 55 year old Inn, but with some Reno’s, it was definitely appreciated. The lady at the front desk check in was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay in Jasper!

Great location but it's a bit dated. Fixtures and fittings could do with a refresh. No air con in the rooms, which was highlighted at booking, but in the summer it got VERY hot and the fan provided in the room did not work. A replacement came but was partially broken. The sofa bed was very old and not comfortable to sleep in at all. This hotel could do with a bit more money being spent on the rooms to upgrade them.

I dint like anything about this place. First of all they charged us 300 per night not even worth it. The room was dirty no vacuumed the couch has so much pet hairs and when we converted to bed there were tissues in there we tried cleaning it so my son can sleep but later he started sneezing and itching with red bumps
We went to front desk and complained she us like we are fully booked we can offer u cleaning but nothing else my question is you dint cleaned before? And if u did is the the same cleaning u will give me I asked for manager she said he is not here I asked her for refund she said no refund . We left that place and was stressed where we gonna find another place to sleep. I would not recommend any one to stay here. I told the front desk I dnt wanna put a bad review she said its ok even if u do bad reputation for the company

Good location in Jasper but be aware that the rooms get rather hot in the Summer as the hotel does not have a/c. Especially the loft gets really hot on a July day with 28 degrees Celsius. Fans are provided and the windows have insect nets so they can stay open in the cooler night air. Property is very quiet.
