Friendly staff. Small restaurant attached. Too noisy and active however for us. Many young children running in the halls and shouting, especially late at night. Also, there were adults near us who were talking very loudly until early morning. We couldn’t get a good night’s sleep.

It was a pleasant stay especially for the price point. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I’d just say the room had a weird aroma at the entrance but it did not linger throughout our stay there

The hotel is rather dated but it serves the purpose of offering a reasonably clean bed / room for the evening. The check-in was smooth and so did the check-out. 2 bottle of complimentary water (from Costco) was appreciated. But it costs $2 each to buy at the kiosk...it's a bit expensive. If complimentary water is to be provided on a daily basis that'd be good. Overall, value for money.

Huge chlorine smell in the reception area, apparently there is a pool. I wouldn't go in as the chlorine level must go through the roof. General impression; everything is dirty, carpet is old and has stains. Restaurant is a joke.

Although the hotel says non smoking every time we would turn on the lights which turns on the fan in the bathroom at the same time, we could smell cigarette smoke coming out of it. Mind you this was the first floor. This was the second time I’ve stayed with them and first time we were on the second floor and that wasn’t an issue. Also you can hear everything through the walls, we had kids staying in one the rooms beside us and they kept making noise, keeping us up most of the night.

Avoid this place, I have stayed in a lot of hotels this is the first time I feel so freaky and scared. I don’t wanna say any supernatural things make ppl feel scared but i feel like it has something unusual. I was trying to sleep around 2 in the midnight but In my half-awake state, I heard strange noises coming from the room and I saw someone with a headgear sneaked into my room and trying to stole my stuffs, it also checked if I was in a sleep. I was so scared and not dare to wake up. After I woke up with a start I could not sleep anymore. Although things are still good, probably just a dream but it was so realistic that I could not forget about it. Also there was always still some strange noise. So I went to the front desk to request for changing room. The staff on the front desk was courteous and patient though. But I still kind of scared and did not sleep well.

Everything seemed fine at first but when I got out of the shower there were 2 either cockroachs or beetles crawling along the floor and scared me as I got out of the shower. I was very disgusted and didn't stay the night. I check out right after and let the front desk know. I will not be booking a room at the hotel ever again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room and facilities were clean though somewhat outdated. The pool and spa were very relaxing and the temperature was perfect. The onsite independently owned restaurant was excellent. If you are looking for comfort and good value. This is the place.

Work travel stay for 2 days. Good room, consierge staff is courteous. Well-managed hotel. Outside of Hotel, a day with bad air from highway with petrol and unpleasant particles mixture come on jacket. Choked on excessive floor disinfectant in dining restaurant. Hope the condition may change in my next visit.
