Filthy. Weird bleach spots all over the hallway carpets. Looked like someone was shot and running down the hall dripping blood and they cleaned it. Smelled awful. Staines on the bathroom floor. Bait and switch on the photos.

The hotel was clean in appearance and staff were friendly. The hotel itself was visibly worn down with damage to walls, floors, in the halls since the last time I was there. The pool area and workout area was severely neglected. Sauna did not work, stairwells were rusting, cable machine was broken. Had to leave at 4:00am because me and my partner woke up stuffy with itchy eyes, dry nose and sore throat that went away within 15 minutes of getting in the car and leaving. Horrible stay except for Sam the restaurant manager. He was super friendly, and provided some of the best service I've ever had at a restaurant.

The hotel is rather dated but it serves the purpose of offering a reasonably clean bed / room for the evening. The check-in was smooth and so did the check-out. 2 bottle of complimentary water (from Costco) was appreciated. But it costs $2 each to buy at the kiosk...it's a bit expensive. If complimentary water is to be provided on a daily basis that'd be good. Overall, value for money.

Huge chlorine smell in the reception area, apparently there is a pool. I wouldn't go in as the chlorine level must go through the roof. General impression; everything is dirty, carpet is old and has stains. Restaurant is a joke.
