It was a pleasant stay especially for the price point. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I’d just say the room had a weird aroma at the entrance but it did not linger throughout our stay there

The toilet didnt flush properly and required flushing twice. The elevator stopped working after 11 at night. The old gentlmen at the desk rather than dealing with concerns told me the stairs are over there. There was a punch indentation in the wall in my room. The hottub water didnt look very clean and you see hair and other debri in it.

This was supposed to be a relaxing stay while condo was being cleaned however it was Not, we had to change rooms because of water damage on floor. The room was Not as pictured on your site & there was No Hot Tub. The property felt like an apartment building & I was Extremely disappointed that nothing could be done in way of financial compensation by management as it was already paid to Expedia. Will not be booking through Expedia again.

Room condition, amenities, etc. all in need of an upgrade/update (not quite what I anticipated when I reserved for price paid and ' Chain name'), 'check-in' staff was courteous and efficient. Ample parking.

The hallways were pretty dark and a bit spooky for a woman staying alone, maybe some better lighting would be nice. The bedding was also quite thin, but front desk brought me up additional blankets and was much better. The room was nice! Nice shower, and was pretty quiet. The staff are great. They checked in with me to see how my stay was going, and were super attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything is ok. But I have a problem with overcharging Back to Jl 21/2025, when I stayed at the same hotel with a charge $ 153.35 CA, but they changed it to my Visa in the US fund=216.35CA . This problem has been sent to Expedia 3 times until now no result.
