Felt very welxome by Andrew during check-in. I stay at numerous hotels across Canada for business and his warm smile was super genuine. First time trying Park Inn and will do so again. Surprised by the awesome sauna, super comfy bed, and great room price!

Had a wonderful stay here. Staff was warm and friendly, and the room was clean. Hotel was also very affordable. On-site restaurant is also very convenient. Can't ask for more than this. Highly recommended!

The room could have been better kept - the carpet was stained, the ceiling was covered in dust the wallpaper was lifting, the shower head needs replacing, there was black spots on the grout in the shower. USB ports would be helpful in the rooms.

Hotel is outdated , Restaurant advertised is not licensed . Lobby and third floor elevator area smells of mold , Hallway carpets are stained . Over all it's definitely seen better days , Mot a normal Radison Hotel

Unfortunately my room had the scent of stale tobacco smoke, as it had clearly been a smoking room in a previous life. The room was tired, behind and furniture was filthy and I have tea towels at home larger than their bath towels. The dirty, skin flakes and hair just beneath the headboard of the bed was revolting. Staff seemed pretty aware of the low standards.

Not once during our entire stay did we receive room service. Every single night we had to call the front desk just to get clean towels, which is completely unacceptable. On Sunday, we even went in person to the front desk to request that our room finally be serviced — and still nothing was done. The fact that such a simple request was ignored multiple times is appalling and reflects very poorly on the standards of the hotel.

This is a rundown, worn out property in the middle of an industrial area. No shopping place nearby, and only one on site restaurant (breakfast not included). Small rooms with low ceiling, narrow corridor, noisy, and smelly. Although rooms available throughout the morning, all check in started at 3pm, quite crowed at the moment. Staff are not very helpful either. Overall, very disappointed experience. Hope the management pay attention to the issues, and improve it soon. Best wishes.

The carpet and chair in our room were disgusting and need replacing. We kept our shoes on and put our belongings on the desk . The hall carpets need updating too. Bed was comfortable. Pool looked well maintained. Staff were nice.

Staff greeted us and was speedy. The room was prepared and chilled before our check in, but the bathroom shower area didn’t appear to be cleaned. There was some mold growing on the caulking. It’s older than the pictures lead you to believe. Personally, I would stay here again.

Unfortunately my room had the scent of stale tobacco smoke, as it had clearly been a smoking room in a previous life. The room was tired, behind and furniture was filthy and I have tea towels at home larger than their bath towels. The dirty, skin flakes and hair just beneath the headboard of the bed was revolting. Staff seemed pretty aware of the low standards.

Not once during our entire stay did we receive room service. Every single night we had to call the front desk just to get clean towels, which is completely unacceptable. On Sunday, we even went in person to the front desk to request that our room finally be serviced — and still nothing was done. The fact that such a simple request was ignored multiple times is appalling and reflects very poorly on the standards of the hotel.

This is a rundown, worn out property in the middle of an industrial area. No shopping place nearby, and only one on site restaurant (breakfast not included). Small rooms with low ceiling, narrow corridor, noisy, and smelly. Although rooms available throughout the morning, all check in started at 3pm, quite crowed at the moment. Staff are not very helpful either. Overall, very disappointed experience. Hope the management pay attention to the issues, and improve it soon. Best wishes.

The carpet and chair in our room were disgusting and need replacing. We kept our shoes on and put our belongings on the desk . The hall carpets need updating too. Bed was comfortable. Pool looked well maintained. Staff were nice.

Staff greeted us and was speedy. The room was prepared and chilled before our check in, but the bathroom shower area didn’t appear to be cleaned. There was some mold growing on the caulking. It’s older than the pictures lead you to believe. Personally, I would stay here again.
