It was a pleasant stay especially for the price point. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I’d just say the room had a weird aroma at the entrance but it did not linger throughout our stay there

The room was nice and clean with lots of space and a pull out sofa. The halls were a bit rough with a lot of bleach stains on the carpet and there's nothing really close to walk to.

Whether it's a hotel room or a public area, it's dirty and very dirty! The carpet has been stained for many years and surface garbage has not been cleaned well, the mattress is also dirty, the sheets are too small to cover the mattress, the bathroom is dirty, and there is a problem with the bathtub draining water! The swimming pool must be unimaginably usable! The hotel room is not cleaned every day unless you request, the air conditioning in the room is difficult to adjust the temperature, and the windows are not able to open.

Everything is ok. But I have a problem with overcharging
Back to Jl 21/2025, when I stayed at the same hotel with a charge $ 153.35 CA, but they changed it to my Visa in the US fund=216.35CA . This problem has been sent to Expedia 3 times until now no result.
