Check in and check out was incredibly easy. Lots of parking. Room was clean and fresh linens and towels daily if requested however we were there for three days and didn't feel the need. Would stay here again for sure!

I was shocked that this experience happened, I never imagined that a hotel by Radisson Blue would be like this!!! . I paid about 100$ more than a 3 star hotel to stay here, it was the worst experience ever. The hotel gave us a room in the BASEMENT! , yes a basement where staff rooms, inventory, cleaning rooms are. The room was very bad and a LOT fof ants were all our stuff and the baby car seat were full of ants. The beds have a lot of ants too make it very difficult to sleep and unfortunately the baby has bits from the ants. I have stayed in properties all around the world never ever seen a basement room! . Despite that a 300$ stay without breakfast is never worth the price, but I thought it is RADISSON BLUE!

Was there for 2 nights no cleaning of room the whole time had to ask why my room was not cleaned and they didn’t have an aware for me, also had to ask for towels. The dirt was still in the hall ways since we arrived the Friday night. Will not be returning to this hotel ever.

Room and common areas were unclean, pool was rusty and not clean, mold on ceilings and stairs, carpet has large stains, rips in curtains, sharp shower tiles, elevator was broken. No shuttle even though it’s advertised on the website. Front staff, the woman working there was absolutely lovely Parking is easy

Booked a queen bed paying extra and got a double. Chair had obvious ‘white’ stains in it and I couldn’t use it. Too tired to spend another 20 minutes with staff to change it. Place dates and could use a refresh.

Worst hotel I've ever been to in my life, nasty dirty bedbugs, ripped f****** curtains. Dirty floors. Dirty people dirty pool everything broken one plugged per f****** room, it sucks balls, black mold everywhere. Worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. I would not even send a homeless person in our room

The property is in a great location, but the rooms are definitely outdated and a bit on the dirty side with old stains on the walls and the ground, check-in was quick and easy, and the staff are very helpful and friendly

Convenient area with free and parking that felt safe. The lobby is clean and the front desk staff was fine. My son enjoyed the pool with his friends as we were there for a tournament. The rooms are extremely dated and it had an odd smell to it. As if someone had smoked in it prior. The carpet probably hasn’t been properly cleaned or vacuumed in many years. I immediately started having issues with my throat and coughed the entire time I was there. There is likely lots of dust and mold in this building. If you have to stay here, bring slippers for the room otherwise I’d choose another hotel entirely. We won’t be back.

This location is long overdue for a major upgrade. Bathroom vanities are falling apart, stains on carpets everywhere. Nice to have a pool but chunks of the ceiling are hanging down from the ceiling ready to fall off, I was worried to even sit on the chairs in the fears that I would fall right through. I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere.
