Excellent location , has walk way to Rideau centre and the Rogers centre and within walking distance to the Byward market . The hotel is under renovation so is noisy from 8 am . The front desk was not helpful unfortunately but I still like this hotel and would recommend it

Room was facing the city which was nice. However, for the Hotel itself, being a Westin Hotel, we were hoping for a nicer room, preferably a newly renovated one. It needed some love. Plus I didn’t understand the poor quality toilet paper. It shows that the Hotel is cutting corners. As mentioned, it is the Weston. We did pay a decent price for our accommodations. Staff was great. Overall, everything was fine.
