Good hotel. Love the elevator system

Everything was perfect

All good, but hot water was not so hot, probably just a temporary problem...

Our room was always cleaned. The common areas were clear of clutter and clean. The coffee shop and breakfast/brunch restaurant buffet was great.

We needed an extra bed and they did all for us to be happy. Rooms are huge and everything is top quality and perfect

Smell of mould everywhere. In my room it was impossible to breathe or sleep. The hotel offered no help at first but after more complaints they sent an air purifying machine. It did not remove the smell entirely but it eased it some so I could rest after one sleepless night. They were renovating on our floor (18th) which we were not warned in advance about. It was impossible to rest during the day as the noise was constant. The hotel offered no compensation for all this inconvenience. We had 2 rooms, a party of 3

Nicole the reception desk was amazing.

I was there just two nights. I remember the room being cleaner in the past. Someone dropped lots of popcorn under the pull out couch. I like the shampoo and conditioner. Rooms are quiet. I DO NOT LIKE THE BUMBS AND DRUGS right outside the Hotel. The stench of urine gagged me! Ottawa was always my favorite City. Not anymore!! Rideau street is a *^+* hole. Love by Ward market but it’s gross getting there. CLEAN IT UP OTTAWA!!! Thank goodness the elevators are designed safe. Love that!! Room was spacious

The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The security of the hotel is great. In order to make it easy, customers should choose to park in the red parking.

The hotel was fabulous… the breakfast restaurant was amazing.. the westin hotel is connected to the shopping mall so it was super convenient…just what we wanted

Clean friendly staff

They were doing renovation in the morning during one of our stay, no warning, no nothing. It is unacceptable and inconsiderate on our last day. Staff is friendly, but the room is a little older than most modern hotel. But my trip got ruined as I didn't get a good sleep on the last day.

The room still has carpeting. Would much prefer laminate/ wood flooring. Items left behind from previous occupants. The bedding and mattress was not as luxurious as the Westin once had. They didn’t come to freshen the room until 4pm. At that point we declined.

I will admit that my expectations were mediocre for this hotel, and they continually surprised me. Every single staff member I interacted with was so professional and genuinely helpful. You can tell there’s a strong management presence on the ground floor. Very customer service oriented. The hotel is refreshed and clean. It’s got a Starbucks in the lobby and the little restaurant they have there had a fantastic, like really really really fantastic buffet. I also had another meal there and it was also really actually good. And wasn’t outrageously expensive either. Parking was also easy and accommodating. I use the pool facility as well and it was incredibly clean. Same with the gym. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming through town.

The overall stay was good, but the mattress is very stiff!

Excellent customer service. We were stuck in Ottawa for an extra day due to an ice storm. I was so worried that we wouldn't be able to book the room for an additional day. We were so lucky and staff were super kind and accommodating. I love that CF Rideau Centre is connected to the hotel. We spent a great day shopping!

Everything was great

Good location but parking expensive. Pool was cold. Someone was smoking weed on our floor, it smelled so bad! Huge line up to check in, took forever. Rooms a bit dated. The rest was good!
