Nice place nice ambience love it!

The staffs are very helpful, room is huge enough for 3 persons, and has big window. Free refill hot & cold water, so no need to buy drink water.

The hotel is too far from the center, the room rate is quite high compared to hotels in the center, the staff's face when I checked in was stern, the wifi was bad, I couldn't watch movies but couldn't load. Not worth rating as a 4* hotel

Place I a bit dated and service is not as expected of a ritz hotel. To be fair I went during CNY hence maybe the decline of service (we stayed for 5 nights and our toiletries are not refilled even once till we requested for it, even then it took 3 requests) good location tho.

Excellent and comfortable hotel. Many comfortable seats and snooker table. Washer and dryer room too for extra convenience. Would be great if has extra coin or notes insert for foreigners in the machines. Friendly staff. Special thanks to the cheerful and helpful cleaner Ms 谢 for keeping the rooms and corridor so clean and tidy. Location is short less than 8 minutes walk to Jin An Metro. Love the air cleaner in the room to keep air always good.

Most of the staff can speak English, service is nice, the staffs are friendly. Closeby to Mrt station, near to restaurants and supermarket. Nice place to stay.

Location-wise is really nice, the people and the reception are all good, variety of food is quite good. Too bad the room had a heavy smoking smell that took at least 2 days with open window to subside.

Solo traveller. Good area. There's a convenience store and a restaurant just right in front baolong hotel. Safe location.
