Very good hotel in the City centre. The reception staff were polite & friendly, the room/bathroom although a little small was very clean. The room has a fridge (complete with water), tea/coffee tray, an iron & ironing board, the bed was very comfortable & it was nice to have a window I could open. We ate in the bar area in the evening (serves food till 10pm) the Chicken wrap was the best I have had althoughI found the drinks to be a bit pricey (city centre prices). The breakfast choice was brilliant so much choice. The staff at this hotel are so helpful & friendly I will definitely look to book here in the future.

Excellent Customer Service from all staff members, spotless clean room, thank you to the hotel for remembering my mother’s birthday leaving a balloon and small gifts in the room. Excellent diner and breakfast in the hotel. Hotel allowed us to check in early due to going to the theatre to watch a show.

Excellent welcome from Diego on reception, room spotless, excellent location. Only let down by breakfast service, which was dire.Queues of people waiting for items to be replenished - at least half of items were missing at any one time. Only 1 small toaster in operation, no butter available at any time. Staff should replenish food items before the containers are empty, not after customers have to complain.
