DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester - Piccadilly

Staff were extremely helpful and willing to assist with any issues. Nice big spacious room, big comfortable bed, though there seemed to be an extra duvet and cover half put on and dumped on the side which seemed odd, but didn't pose any obstruction, just odd that it seemed to be there. Familiar with Manchester so the location was ideal for being central and getting about.

What a super stay - Everything about this hotel was perfect for what we needed - We will certainly be returning .. I loved the trans coming past and the huge bed was fabulous Staff were wonderful , food in restaurant was lovely

Long wait for lifts in morning due to 2 of the 3 being out of order. Whilst the hotel says they are upgrading the lifts and work expected to be complete soon it still meant a 5 minute wait or lugging a suitcase down 5 flights of stairs.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location.

Meeting point for a family/friends get together to see a show at the AO arena as some from up north and some from down south. Cannot fault anything about our stay will definitely be back.

Handy hotel close to Manchester Picadilly station. Clean and good value. Stayed one night and had a good sleep.

Husbands birthday, used Tecso vouchers to book, room, location and service all great, would stay again and happily pay.

Only one lift was working so you had to wait 20 mins to get to your room

Would have preferred the ability to reserve the parking. So booked Qpark to be safe.

The room was dressed by staff member Marshall . My wife was surprised, thank you very much for making our stay fantastic and fabulous. Would recommend hotel and definitely stay again . Service world class

One night stay in MCr city. The hotel is just across the station and well placed for all exploring and activities. Room was big and very comfortable. The bfast buffet was an after thought with 2 teenagers in tow. Good selection and variety… happy 😃

We had a great 2 night trip to this hotel. Only thing that let it down was noisy guests next door banging doors & running about the corridors at 2am. Granted it's not the hotels fault but slightly ruined our stay

The staff was not friendly service was pooor.

They gave us some freebies and a ballon for my birthday!! So cute love it deffo booking again breakfast was really good

Just a short over night stay received detail information that we required…..found the staff, accommodation (very comfortable bed) location highly exceptional plus a lovely breakfast to set us on our way. Will definitely return for another adventure

The room is clean and tidy. The restaurent foods are good.
