The staffs are friendly and the facility is good. I will stay here again when I visit Manchester next time.

Excellent Customer Service from all staff members, spotless clean room, thank you to the hotel for remembering my mother’s birthday leaving a balloon and small gifts in the room. Excellent diner and breakfast in the hotel. Hotel allowed us to check in early due to going to the theatre to watch a show.

Modern hotel met alle comfort en diensten. We hadden een ruime en zeer nette kamer, met allerlei voorzieningen. Het ontbijt was verzorgd en zeer uitgebreid. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het is goed gelegen, tussen het treinstation en het centrum van de stad. Ik keer met plezier terug.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff and close to everything.

Excellent welcome from Diego on reception, room spotless, excellent location. Only let down by breakfast service, which was dire.Queues of people waiting for items to be replenished - at least half of items were missing at any one time. Only 1 small toaster in operation, no butter available at any time. Staff should replenish food items before the containers are empty, not after customers have to complain.
