The staffs are friendly and the facility is good. I will stay here again when I visit Manchester next time.

Lobby smelled lovely, staff were happy to help and we got a warm cookie on arrival. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were lovely.

Brilliant location, nice and clean, good breakfast

The hotel was lovely, clean & the staff were friendly. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, bathrooms was clean & nice to have hairdryer, iron & ironing board. Some much choose from for the breakfast. Definitely would use again.

Lovely stay, really great location right next to Piccadilly Station and great amenities

Very clean room and a good view of picadilly station. Breakfast was a higher standard than most chain hotels.

As someone who travels all over the world and is the Financial Director and Auditor for the Hilton Group in Turkey, I cannot understand the attitude of the hotel staff and, most importantly, why they took a £50 deposit from me. I will be writing about this on Hotels.com and Expedia. Furthermore, you have not yet refunded the £50 deposit since my check-out; this behavior is unacceptable.

Had a 3 night stay recently and everything was amazing. Arrived a little early and got straight into our room. Great view. Clean spacious room. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel so can’t comment on that but the location was perfect for what we wanted. Would return.

I just stayed in room 337. The room looked great initially and like an American hotel in America. A nice size, modern, etc. The issue was what was under that veneer. The bed was hard. The pillows were both flat and lumpy. The toilet system did not want to flush and I had to struggle every single time to make it do so. I took a shower, not intending to get my hair wet, and it wound up soaked because the showerhead had a leak and sprayed in all directions. This including spraying in my face. My shoes and clothes on the floor also got wet because the shower door doesn't seal correctly at the bathroom so it was flooding the bathroom with water. I did call and because of the holiday they did not have maintenance in at the time. On top of that, I had to pay a fee for late checkout. I spent that extra time getting bags and wrapping up my soaked clothing so it didn't ruin the other items in my bag. The staff were nice, however, and the location was great. I went to two concerts and both venues were a fairly cheap Uber away. I just expected more of a Hilton and feel like maybe the Holiday Inn across the street may have even been a better option. The air conditioning worked well though so that was nice.
