Staff were extremely helpful and willing to assist with any issues. Nice big spacious room, big comfortable bed, though there seemed to be an extra duvet and cover half put on and dumped on the side which seemed odd, but didn't pose any obstruction, just odd that it seemed to be there. Familiar with Manchester so the location was ideal for being central and getting about.

What a super stay - Everything about this hotel was perfect for what we needed - We will certainly be returning .. I loved the trans coming past and the huge bed was fabulous

Long wait for lifts in morning due to 2 of the 3 being out of order. Whilst the hotel says they are upgrading the lifts and work expected to be complete soon it still meant a 5 minute wait or lugging a suitcase down 5 flights of stairs.

One night stay in MCr city. The hotel is just across the station and well placed for all exploring and activities.
Room was big and very comfortable.
The bfast buffet was an after thought with 2 teenagers in tow.

We had a great 2 night trip to this hotel. Only thing that let it down was noisy guests next door banging doors & running about the corridors at 2am. Granted it's not the hotels fault but slightly ruined our stay
