Modern and airy. Good choice of rooms. Free complimentary water in fridge. Excellent breakfast buffet optional. 5 mins walk from Piccadilly Stn. Lifts can only be accessed using room keycard for safety. Not too much going on close by but use Uber for getting around at reasonable cost. Staff were great although you sometimes have to listen hard. Would definitely book again.

We always stay here. Disappointed now amenities kit (ie shower cap, cotton wool etc). But, really appreciated the early check in. Staff and room were great. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff was friendly in suggesting the areas to visit around. Parking for cars were slightly tight, but it's a bit safer than the open air carpark outside. A lot of places can be reached by foot, so it's great for exploring the city.
The design at the shower could have been better as the shower curtains couldn't prevent water from spilling out

This is a wonderful hotel! The check in was quick, we got free warm cookies and the staff on the front desk were super lovely! The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are extra comfortable! I highly recommend and would defo stay here again!

Rooms amazing, clean and modern. Very confy bed. Check in easy. Only issue we had was at the ajoining restaurant, we were left waiting for an hour in a very quiet time (we think there were 3 other couples). Staff not giving any attention, couldn't even get a drink. Cancelled order and went elsewhere. Overall though a great hotel, shame our first night was ruined.

The property is very well located just minutes walk from.Manchester Picadelly and walkable distance to City Centre and the cathedral. The staff was friendly and accomodated a couple of requests i had. The room was clean and beds confortable. Would definitely stay here again!
