Amazing stay, very central to EVERYTHING! Highly recommend if going to the area!

Very good hotel in the City centre. The reception staff were polite & friendly, the room/bathroom although a little small was very clean. The room has a fridge (complete with water), tea/coffee tray, an iron & ironing board, the bed was very comfortable & it was nice to have a window I could open. We ate in the bar area in the evening (serves food till 10pm) the Chicken wrap was the best I have had althoughI found the drinks to be a bit pricey (city centre prices). The breakfast choice was brilliant so much choice. The staff at this hotel are so helpful & friendly I will definitely look to book here in the future.

La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole, il frigo bar molto ben fornito, anche se gli ultimi due giorni non è stato ripristinato quanto avevamo consumato. La colazione molto soddisfacente, buona varietà di cibo salato con delle uova in camicia semplicemente eccezionali!! Il vero punto forte è però il personale. Nella sala colazione abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere Paulo, che è stato estremamente gentile e piacevole. Ore dopo il check-out, poi, abbiamo scoperto di aver lasciato nella cassaforte degli oggetti personali molto importanti: tornati in hotel, la piccola emergenza è stata gestita in modo impeccabile e con estrema gentilezza dal personale del front desk, che ha risolto il nostro problema in pochi minuti, permettendomi di recuperare quanto lasciato in stanza.
