Lovely room, good view as we had a corner suite. Bar was good, good food and good service. Lovely breakfast.

Great location to the shops and Piccadily Train Station. My friend and I stayed in a twin room which was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff were excellent and reminds us to use the Double Tree Hilton more often!

I was placed in a room that was right next to a construction site which did not seem coincidental. The workers jack hammered and drilled into the wall next to my room first thing in the morning with all sorts of banging , hence we never got sleep . It was terrible . Front desk I’m sure knew the layout of the hotel and should have informed us of what would take place the whole week. It was the most miserable stay in a Double Tree hotel. Also we went on Saturday Sept 20 for lunch and asked to eat at a quiet area of the hotel restaurant, the head manger who greeted us said no problem , The waitress said she will not bring our food over to that side with such disdain towards us. We don’t know her and the first time in Manchester, awful. Ten minutes later more guest came and requested the other side of the restaurant and was escorted . I felt sorry for the manager because the waitress was not cooperative . We ate the where she wanted us, but to be 62 years old and paying 2000 US for a room and having this experience was a perfect shame . I’ll never stay there again. Terrible service , though I give credit to housekeeping as they did a good job.

As I booked the wrong hotel through hotels . Com and could not change it to the Hilton at Manchester airport as they never answered my e mails I will never use either again and put the £120 loss down to experience

The hotel was fab but mainly due to the fabulous staff. The dining team were very helpful and friendly despite us being a late arrival. Reception team were very welcoming and we would definitely stay again.

Our go to hotel for Manchester. Never disappoints!

Hotel access was difficult with suitcases as the access road is closed We would not have booked if we had known. Staff were very good. Will try again when Road reopens !

Nice place

Have been visiting Manchester every yr. since 2010, have stayed in many hotels in the city, my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton was the best yet, will probably stay again.

Lovely hotel right beside Piccadilly train station. Really friendly staff, great room, breakfast was great as was food in the restaurant.

Cannot fault. Friendly staff. Room had everything we needed and air conditioning which was a bonus.
