I found the bed too hard, and when I tried the shower it broke

had a fantastic stay & found staff friendly & helpful. excellent breakfast & room was excellent &bed was good. had a good sleep.

Shower gel dispenser not working and bed was uncomfortable and hard and squeaky. A lot of noise after 5 am in corridor.

If going to see a show at a the NIA, this hotel is perfect, being a 10 minute walk from the venue. The location was great, with plenty of pubs and restaurants around to choose from. Parking was onsite and convenient. The hotel was acceptably clean, nothing nasty was encountered but the decor was a bit worn and tatty, including the hall carpet, where I sat for breakfast appeared to have been water damaged at some point. The furniture in the room looked a bit tired, the edge of the desk was uneven and water damaged. Apart from a little tired, all was clean, especially the bathroom. The room had wonderful, quiet air conditioning which was a delight! The pub / club downstairs was noisy, even up on the 8th floor it was still enough to be a nuisance. Luckily I had some ear plugs, noise was still going at 1:30am! The bed… this hotel was a disappointment. The pillows were fine and clean but the bed was not great. It was a sprung mattress with little padding and being quite thin, bottomed out easily, with the springs grinding away each time I moved! It was not uncomfortable and it was clean, with a mattress protector in place. But, anything more than adequate it was not. Had better in a hostel! Breakfast buffet was excellent. Plenty of choice and even had self serve waffle irons!! Staff were all polite and attentive. Would I stay here again? Probably not, lacking a comfy bed, made this hotel one I would only use as a last resort if nothing else is available.

Class hotel, nice and central. Great breakfast.

Easy check in, was on floor 15 but the lifts were quick, room was satisfactory shower was great easy access to ICC pubs and places to eat, will definitely use again x

A weekend break at this hotel didn't disappoint. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely room, slept well and great shower.

Parking directions link was not working and took a bit longer to find it. Room was good and staff very friendly. Breakfast great with so many options

I thought the hotel & area was good and and I liked that they had parking at the hotel . The only thing I didn't like was it was cashless, I think you should have a choice,if you want to pay by cash or card , I had withdrawn money out of my account to pay for things then had to pay by card . I would think twice because of that reason before returning

It was located near all pubs and utilita centre, only 10 minute walk. The hotel was clean, the staff helpful, an enjoyable weekend.

Check in became a problem - we were allocated a room as per our booking - but it had not been serviced - with apologies that system had some bugs, we were given another room, to our dismay it was also unserviced - a third room was ok. The reception staff were extremely helpful, but it was not a good start to our stay.

Easy check in. Great breakfast close to canals and restaurants and train statiom

Room was excellent, clean, quiet and cheerful. Just a couple of wee issues No tea bags left in the room for the second night and lifts were a bit of an issue. Overall it was a lovely stay!

TV did not work, bed was not very comfy and blinds didn’t cover the full window
