It was anice stay.

It was a good hotel, quiet and pleasant. Some friendly staff and clean rooms. I was only disappointed when I requested a room with more windows as I have some health issues, although they had a lot of rooms available when my other friends asked for it, their rooms were changed. They also won’t bring in water or anything up your room but you have to go to the reception and get it yourself which make it difficult if you have kids with you. Other than that a fairly good hotel.

Overall, pretty clean, and the included breakfast was good. Due to a last-minute train issue, I wasn't able to use the first night of the trip, but because I chose a non-refundable option, I wasen't able to get a refund for the first night. Not mad at the hotel for this, but just as a heads up.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.Room was clean. Bar was good. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Brown haired white guy checked us in, really funny and chatty. Cracking jokes with us and his colleagues. Wished us happy Eid and was overall really nice

check in was simple and easy to do, rooms were comfortable and had all required amenities, breakfast was very busy, but lots to room to accommodate people and good selection on offer. Location was very handy to attend conferences at ICC on 5 mins walk

Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Free complimentary breakfast was nice and had lots of choice.

Everything was good apart from morning of check out, housekeeping knocked door at 10-30 am and didn’t wait for a reply before opening door. I found this very rude as I could have been undressed. Surely they should wait for a response before opening the door especially when it was 30 mins before check out time

Room was comfortable and the stay in general was pleasant. Good price too. Complementary breakfast offered an excellent selection, but was incredibly busy. Would stay again.

Good location

Decent location, hotel could do with being updated. Lifts were shocking!! You’d want to get from the man floor to the floor you’re staying on and you’d end up going to multiple different floors first. When trying to depart and go from third floor to floor 0 we ended up going up to 11 and stopping at every floor on the way back down which was such an inconvenience. Breakfast was excellent.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, nearby to everything, breakfast was a bit disappointing sausages tasted very cheap, bacon was so salty, no choice of fried egg.

Receptionist checking us in was very pleasant and helpful, room was very clean and a good size , breakfast was very good , all staff were helpful and pleasant , good location, very handy car park , would not hesitate to stay here again

From the moment you arrive to hotel, the customer service is very good. They were warm, courteous and responding to any request. The room was clean, tidy and well supplied with amenities I would be happy to recommend the hotel, and stay there again.
