Great location and parking was easy right outside. The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The room was a good size and very clean with everything we needed. Getting around London was easy with Paddington station only a five minute walk away. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location 5 mins to Kensington park and Hyde park. Staff were excellent, breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the tea and cookies left in our room. Other than the building being a little run down the room was very comfortable and cozy. Very close to so many restaurants and just a block from Paddington station. Excellent stay!

Very Good location, very near Paddington station. You can connect to different line and a lot of restaurant in the station. The surrounding is safe and not noisy. I highly recommend and will stay again.

Rooms were small, clean but well appointed. Shower enclosure was tiny but bathrooms were also small. Staff were ok, but kept getting 2 rooms booked mixed up. Worst aspect was that the AC keeps you awake all night. Not ideal.

Room was clean, staff very helpful and let me change my room due to a malfunctioning lock. Air conditioning and bathroom floor heating provided. A stone's throw away from the train station and shopping centre. I would love to stay here again!

Stayed 1 night for Theatre visit. Our Room although very small was clean with very comfortable beds, modern decor, Bathroom clean very smart excellent showerwith hot water. Breakfast was good with cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, plus full English, all was self serviceexcept Tea and Coffee brought to you. The road is quiet, sometime in London there is noise all night, deliveries, sirens etc but not here. Staff helpfull, stored luggage as arrived early as went straight out. Timed the walk to Paddington Station, 3 minutes andl am elderly! After booking read some bad reviews but we were very happy for the price we paid.

The hotel is ideally located for ready access to Paddington station and within easy walking distance to Hyde park. The hotel is good for the price other than being a little dated and tired in places.Our room was compact but clean. The breakfast was adequate but not impressive some of the cooked food was cold and there was no choice of alternative milks. However the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall all we stayed one night at this hotel which suited our needs perfectly.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how quiet my room was as although the hotel is on a busy street it is well set back behind a front parking area. Breakfast was so much better than most boutique hotels in the area. The buffet English breakfast was nice and hot plus there were plenty of pastries fruit yogurt etc. the location is great near paddington station and Hyde park. I think I’ve found a new go to place. Really nice staff at front desk and breakfast room during the week.

We were told that we had a deluxe room. I don't know what was deluxe about it. It was very small, but otherwise pretty standard. Although there was a safe in the wardrobe, laughably it was not bolted down. None of the sockets had USB for charging phones etc.
