Hemos estado tres adultos y una niña de 12 años en una habitación cuádruple. Valorando que éramos cuatro, con todos nuestros trastos, la habitación ha sido adecuada: limpieza y cambio de toallas diario (¡¡al final terminamos con toallas de más!!). En la habitación, muy bien el detalle del calentador para poder preparar café soluble o té (siempre disponibles, junto con azúcar, leche ¡¡e incluso galletas!!), botellas de agua a diario y en el baño champú, gel, jabón de manos y crema hidratante. También fue oportuno disponer de dos soportes plegables para maletas. Las camas y las almohadas quizá demasiado blandas, pero lo cierto es que eso es cuestión de gustos. El desayuno, de mucha calidad, aunque siempre idéntico, lo que lo vuelve repetitivo con el paso de los días. Todo el personal con el que coincidimos (recepcionistas, camareras de piso y personal del salón de desayuno) súperamable y servicial. El último día salimos muy temprano dirección al aeropuerto, y el recepcionista se preocupó de averiguar si podíamos adelantar unos minutos el desayuno.

Me gustó la habitación, yo reservé una doble con 2 camas individuales. El único detalle fué que las camas estaban pegadas pero para mi no fué problema, entiendo que lo hicieron para optimizar el espacio. La habitación estaba limpia al llegar y hacían la limpieza diariamente, tenía aire acondicionado y calefacción, amenidades de baño, café, té y un par de galletas de cortesía. La atención del personal también fué muy buena, el checkin y checkout bastante rápidos. Debo decir que me enfoqué mucho en buscar un hotel que tuviera un buen baño, porque en londres la mayoría son muy pequeños pero éste estuvo bastante bien, así como el tamaño de la habitación. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Room was so small that I could not open suitcase on floor. Additionally, old, worn, and ugly. This is NOT a four star hotel. One star, two at best. Shower is the size of an old cruise ship shower. Towels old, worn, small and thin. Lobby and room smelled old.

There is a desk in the room but no chair or a stool. There is nowhere to sit on. The design of the bathroom is so poor. The space behind the shower tray is inaccessible, a waste space. It only has a standing space between the washing basin and the WC, about 40cm by 40cm. There is no worktop around the washing basin. very inconvenience.

Rummet var okej standard för den prisklassen, vi letade inte efter något extravagant utan en plats att sova bekvämt. Sängarna var bra, det städades och bäddades varje dag vilket är ett plus. Dock var det inte lika fräscht på golvet då heltäckningsmattan i rummet hade behövt en extra dammsugning. Badrummet var fräscht men handdukarna kunde vara fläckiga. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Ett bra hotell att sova på eftersom det var mycket nära till Paddington stationen.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights in London during the New Year period, as part of our honeymoon, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. For three days of our stay, we had serious problems with the water supply in the bathroom. On two days, the shower only had a very weak drip of water, making it impossible to shower properly. On one day, there was no water at all, neither in the shower nor in the sink. Considering it was winter and very cold, not being able to shower was extremely uncomfortable. On one of those days, my husband went for a run around the city and came back to the hotel unable to shower due to the lack of water. We tried calling the reception several times, but no one ever answered the phone. Every time we had to go downstairs in person to complain. Although the staff apologized, they could not explain the problem or give any estimate of when it would be fixed. For a stay that was meant to be special, this situation was unacceptable and significantly affected our experience. Based on our stay, I would not recommend this hotel, especially during busy periods like New Year, as basic services were unreliable and support was ineffective.

The room was very clean. I was comfortable for the 12 nights I stayed there. Very close to Paddington Station. I felt safe. The towels are very small, the pillows were really big and uncomfortable to sleep on. The window didn’t close easily, but I managed to get it closed by standing on the chair. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Debo decir que me enfoqué mucho en buscar un hotel que tuviera un buen baño, porque en londres la mayoría son muy pequeños pero éste estuvo bastante bien, así como el tamaño de la habitación. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Ease of check in. Very comfy bed. Power shower. Good temperature controls. Would definitely recommend a short stay here. Great value for money.

Siamo rimasti un po delusi dalla camera. Molto piccola e soprattutto il soffitto obliquo era veramente basso, tipo mansarda. Colazione un po scarsa. Addetti alla reception un po freddi.

Rummet var okej standard för den prisklassen, vi letade inte efter något extravagant utan en plats att sova bekvämt. Sängarna var bra, det städades och bäddades varje dag vilket är ett plus. Dock var det inte lika fräscht på golvet då heltäckningsmattan i rummet hade behövt en extra dammsugning. Badrummet var fräscht men handdukarna kunde vara fläckiga. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Ett bra hotell att sova på eftersom det var mycket nära till Paddington stationen.

Horrible. Will give them gratitude for canceling our reservation because once we checked in & saw the state of the room and how the hotel is run we knew we could not stay. The reviews and pictures online were very deceiving.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights in London during the New Year period, as part of our honeymoon, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. For three days of our stay, we had serious problems with the water supply in the bathroom. On two days, the shower only had a very weak drip of water, making it impossible to shower properly. On one day, there was no water at all, neither in the shower nor in the sink. Considering it was winter and very cold, not being able to shower was extremely uncomfortable. On one of those days, my husband went for a run around the city and came back to the hotel unable to shower due to the lack of water. We tried calling the reception several times, but no one ever answered the phone. Every time we had to go downstairs in person to complain. Although the staff apologized, they could not explain the problem or give any estimate of when it would be fixed. For a stay that was meant to be special, this situation was unacceptable and significantly affected our experience. Based on our stay, I would not recommend this hotel, especially during busy periods like New Year, as basic services were unreliable and support was ineffective.

The room was very clean. I was comfortable for the 12 nights I stayed there. Very close to Paddington Station. I felt safe. The towels are very small, the pillows were really big and uncomfortable to sleep on. The window didn’t close easily, but I managed to get it closed by standing on the chair. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
