The room was lovely and clean. The balcony was brilliant. The breakfast could have had more choice, but was pleasant enough. The staff were lovely and especially attentive when I had a fall, they were brilliant. Lovely & quirky hotel, conveniently located near Waterloo station. Thank you for our stay.

The bar has a fabulous atmosphere with really lovely staff. The hotel is in a great location. We walked all the time we were there. About 25 mins to Soho, borough market the shard.

Yes it was spotless.The staff on arrival were also very helpful.The breakfast was excellent and very fresh and looks very nice.The bar was a great atmosphere and just right for an after dinner drink to meet people.

Great room. Comfortable bed! Easy climate control. Breakfast was delicious. Drinks are excellent. The staff are wonderful. They truly make you feel valued. And the location is great- just around the corner from Waterloo station.

Great location just 4 min walk from Waterloo. Friendly staff manning the reception/bar. Bar area relaxed. Lovely coffee shops nearby. Unusual room layout with shower glass onto room. Tea/coffee facilities all in a shared area per floor which is very eco friendly but does mean leaving the room for your morning tea!
