Very glad we booked the balcony, ended our evening with a very tasty cocktail from the bar outside watching the world go by. Everyone that worked there were really friendly. The room was lovely and airy, and having a Marshall speaker to connect to was a great touch. The room was quite bright in the morning, because everything in there is white, this wasn’t a problem for us at all as I always sleep with an eye mask anyway. A brilliant location, on a really vibrant street with some great amenities nearby. We will definitely come again when next in London!

Perfect central location for walking, seeing the sights and taking the train or buses around the city! Breakfast was great with a good selection. Croissants were amazing!! Rooms are tiny with an open glass shower.. curtain only shields the bed. Air con needs instructions printed on the wall. Limited space in the room so decorative speaker and amp could go providing additional space. Definitely would stay here again and recommend the hotel to others!

I stay in this hotel for 1 day.it was really nice and clean and tidy hotel.staff was really friendly. And the good thing about that hotel it located in the heart of city where outside busy with friendly people the always waves you when you look out from the window. Shower is really good specially for couples. Definitely stay there next time .highly recommend this hotel.thanks

Absolutely—I’d include it in the section about the missing room amenities, as it really reinforces how odd the experience was. I stayed at Ruby Lucy for two nights this week, paying £342 per night, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The first frustration came at check-in. Everything is centred around digital self check-in and creating your own room key. It’s not the warm welcome you’d expect at this price point, although I have to say the majority of the staff we encountered afterwards were genuinely lovely and very friendly. The rooms are incredibly small, and for over £340 a night I simply couldn’t believe what was missing. There was no bottled water, no tea or coffee making facilities, no fridge, no iron or ironing board, and not even basic bathroom items such as cotton wool pads or buds. When I questioned this, I was told, “That’s the concept.” Unfortunately, it’s a concept I just don’t understand. Having to get dressed every morning and walk down the corridor just to make an instant Nescafé coffee in a paper cup felt ridiculous for a hotel charging this kind of money. Even more bizarre was discovering that if you wanted to iron your clothes, you were expected to do so on an ironing board positioned in the corridor opposite the lifts. I genuinely couldn’t believe that guests paying over £340 a night were expected to stand ironing in a public hallway. We moved to a slightly larger room for the second night, which was app

Die Lage ist super ( Nähe U Bahn), Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Industrie Style, sauber und ausreichend Platz in dem Zimmer ( Single im DZ Zimmer). Frühstück nicht gebucht.

Great location, loved the balcony space, clean & modern room, friendly staff. The air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately there was no fridge in the room. Tea and coffee was in the corridor along with the ironing board. The noise at night from the street (there’s a busy pub opposite the hotel) was really loud into the early hours.

The Ruby Lucy hotel is decent for the price but I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The rooms are VERY small. There isn't a proper enclosed washroom; the sink is outside the toilet in the room itself. The location is fantastic - just 10 minute walk from The London Eye and all the major tourist attractions. There are also great food options nearby. The location is really what you are paying for The staff are really friendly and helpful. Overall, would recommend if you are a tourist and are looking essentially for a place to sleep, but I really would classify this as more of a 3 star hotel.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very energetic and smiley Emily, she was very friendly and made checking in a streamlined process. We had a Wow room on the 3rd floor which was very nice, only downside for us was a few ants in the room which we assume had come in from the balcony.. We enjoyed a drink in the lounge when we got back in the evening from our evening out, and made use of the maxi bar for hot drinks.. We paid extra to include breakfast, what we had was nice, but for us we're not sure it was great value for money. All in all a nice stay. Thank you.

Lovely clean hotel the only thing that let it down was the bed, it was very comfy but because of it’s location it meant I had to be climbed over for my partner to use the toilet in the middle of the night

Great room, very clean, helpful staff.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, the staff is great, especially Aki. My only comment is that the shower floor is treacherously slippery!

Located in a wonderful part of London - so close to the Tube and also walkable to great restaurants, Westminster, Parliament, and more. I also loved that I could borrow a guitar and take it to my room and play. Super fun vibe at the Ruby Lucy!

The rooms were a bit too spartan, no drawers and not enough hooks. But the main weakness was the bathroom, which has no counter space. Moreover, water from the shower easily spills over to the toilet floor. That said, the staff were OUTSTANDING, and I can’t commend them enough. They made our stay a pleasant one.
