Dejligt, relativt nyt mindre hotel på hyggelig markedsgade. Fint værelse med god AC og lydtætte vinduer. Fællesområder er i sjovt design, men lidt slidte. Morgenmadsrestaurant var ikke så varieret, og løb dagligt tør for det ene og andet, men personalet kom straks med det ønskede. Ungt og opmærksomt personale, som var smilende. Filterkaffen var konsekvent kun lunket men man kunne frit bestille alle de kaffespecialiteter som man ønskede. Hotellet ligger relativt centralt og kan gå til Tate Moderne og Imperial War Museum, London Eye mm - og ellers ligger Waterloo Station kun 5 m derfra. En gade i meget afslappet, Vesterbro-stil som er hyggelig

Wir waren das erste mal in London … und haben uns für das Ruby entschieden, wegen der guten Lage und der Bewertung. Und ja wir waren begeistert vom Personal alle Mega nett und zuvorkommend… besonders wollen wir Chiara, Raphael und Gustano, sie haben uns Mega gut beraten Tips und Tricks von London ;) Super Lage alles zu Fuß und mit den ÖV erreichbar…. Frühstück sehr fein alles was man braucht…Merci vielmals… wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location near Waterloo station. Staff were friendly and welcoming (including Raphael). Room was quiet and a good size. I'll be back!

Loved my stay here, so close to lots of attractions and the Waterloo station.

This property was one of my favorites hotels and locations. Walking distance from the train station and a closed down street to vendors with great food 6 days a week. Easy walk to Wesminster bridge and the london eye

Tolles modernes Hotel direkt an der Waterloo Station, nur wenige Gehminuten vom London Eye entfernt. Das junge Team ist immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgestellt.

Super friendly staff. It’s conveniently located close to the Waterloo station. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but I’m rarely in my room when visiting London anyway. I’ve only had smaller rooms there but they fit my needs perfectly. Again, the staff is a complete delight and make you feel right at home.

A fun quirky hotel with lovely staff and a super comfy bed! We stayed in a wow room which had loads of space and a great shower space.

Perfect hotel for a little break in London. Great transport links from Waterloo just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is clean, modern, stylish and very comfortable. My room was much bigger than I was expecting, more than enough room for a couple. Would definitely stay here again.
