Nice location, staff, facility’s and room. Loved it !!

We stayed at Warren House Hotel during a visit to Hampton Court Palace for my partner’s birthday. The building is attractive and the setting charming, but I was a little underwhelmed. The photos made it appear more expansive and luxurious than it actually is. That said, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and staff were generally helpful. There was an awkward moment on our first night due to a misunderstanding. I had emailed reception asking if something could be placed in the room for my partner’s birthday the next day. Unfortunately, the concierge (possibly new and with limited English) seemed confused, and entered the room without knocking while we were in a state of undress. He was clearly mortified and apologised — I didn’t make a fuss. The following morning, another staff member was much more helpful. She arranged a lovely birthday surprise with a cake, towel swans, and decorations, which my partner really appreciated. This thoughtful touch was the highlight of the stay. While I wouldn’t rush to return, and the hotel didn’t leave a lasting impression on me personally (I’m admittedly hard to please with accommodation), I appreciated the effort made for my partner. I also left a £5 tip for housekeeping for their work.

The staff at warren house were the most attentive, friendly people I have ever come across. Nothing was an issue for them, the most friendly, genuine team ever. The room was cosy and nice, free parking.

The hotel was great, very clean, staff very welcome. The food in the restaurant was also good and the prices were reasonable. Especially Mohan from reception,was very helpful and polite . We definitely would come back

It was a lovely period property with really nice modern rooms. The swimming pool was a little tired but it was clean and warm. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was really nice and plenty to choose from. Would highly recommend.

I stay at this hotel very regularly. My room was lovely.Service friendly as usual.Slightly annoyed at check in when my Driver's licence was curtly demanded although I had other photo ID which I provided but was not considered valid by the very young check in receptionist.I was utterly exhausted having driven down from the North for six hours and then to have to go back to my car to fetch my driver's licence was annoying.

Nice property.

A beautiful peaceful Hotel. The staff so friendly & polite. We stayed B&B and glad we did, a good choice of buffet items also a tasty cooked breakfast to follow. We stayed in a superior double room, it was huge, lovely big bathroom, my only quibble was the mattress could have been a little softer, we find it a bit too firm. Would definitely stay again!

The breakfast buffet was not impressive and was most items slightly cool, not hot at all

Fantastic stay! The Warren House Hotel was a cozy home away from home with excellent staff that made our trip truly delightful.

We decided to stay at the Waren house as it was not too far to travel to watch the rugby at twickenham, staff are very helpful especially in the dinning room. However the fridge was not working in our room we had a double room lovely large walk in shower nice comfortable bed, but no bathrobes when I asked I was told this does not come with that type of room but when checking it states bathrobes the two nights we stayed they were unable to provide the robes rather disappointed.
