My family and I booked this hotel at the last minute, as we were too tired to return to Jakarta. Since we had not made adequate preparations for our stay, I requested several items (sarung, mukena, and sajadah) from the housekeeping staff, and I am grateful that they were able to provide everything promptly. The Bali World Hotel is an older establishment, but it remains well-maintained and comfortable. Its proximity to my children's school was the primary reason we selected this accommodation. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Value for money, in the city center and helpful staff! I will definitely come back. It's my first time staying at the hotel, and I didn't expect much. To my surprise, the room is okay and not too compact with good amenities provided. As seen on the map, the hotel is located in the city center, near supermarket, good eating places, and factory outlets. For old houses fans, roaming around the area will be a morning leisure activity. The street has many old beautiful buildings.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

Good cleanliness, friendly and helpful receptionist staff, also when I made a mistake on the booking date .. it said I couldn't reschedule but they helped me by calling the official Traveloka directly and they responded quickly to Traveloka and the hotel, even when I had breakfast, it was almost close to the maximum breakfast time available, still served well and tried to provide everything, highly recommended when going to Bandung to stay here, there are many people selling around and there is an Indomart that has an ATM, so its location in the middle of the city makes everything easy. Thank you for serving very well

Econique Patuha Resort

The 2nd night at Patuha Resort, the atmosphere is cool, calm, quiet and the air is clean and the hotel staff are friendly and fast, the breakfast is also delicious, there is a sulfur hot water pool and many photo spots. Anyway, if you go to Ciwidey, you must come here again.
