My kids love this hotel because it has a bathtub. It's a luxurious hotel but at a great price, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Our stay was truly unforgettable. We came to relive our honeymoon, and the hotel made it even more special with beautiful honeymoon decorations and such warm hospitality. They also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade to a larger and more beautiful room than the one we originally booked. I spent several days there and was very satisfied. From the hospitality and ease of check-in, to the very comfortable, always clean room, and all the facilities were functioning properly, from the toilet to the hairdryer. What I really liked was the towels, which were very comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The location is in the city center, making it easy to get around and visit. There's also a small but well-stocked mall downstairs, especially Sate Khas Senayan, a Jakarta culinary icon. I've stayed there several times, and it's been two years, and everything is still well-maintained. Hopefully, it can be maintained; God willing, we will definitely visit again.

The hotel is highly recommended for those who want to go to the old city, access to the old city tour is easy and there is a shuttle too. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable & clean, the receptionist is friendly and helpful especially with Ms. Tina, helped to be able to check in early and upgrade the room.. Overall very satisfied and will come back here if traveling to the old city

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location is strategic, close to Emporium Pluit Mall via Grab. There's an Alfamart and Indomaret nearby, along with plenty of food outlets. It's also close to the toll road to the airport.
