The connecting room reservation was not available, and was told it was fully booked. Check-in was at 1:00 PM WIB, and all rooms were unavailable. Very, very disappointing! I would not recommend staying here again. If a friend were to ask my opinion, I would firmly answer: don't stay at the Mercure; find another hotel!

Everything was great and enjoyable. The only downside was that the bathroom was so slippery that my husband fell while showering. Luckily, he was fine, just scratched. That was a relief. Room service was also excellent, quickly providing a first aid kit and a non-slip mat, and they came right away to give them to me free of charge. Thank you to the lady.

It's a good idea to get an entry and exit ticket to Ancol during your stay, as it's difficult to stay here and want to go out for a while to fill up on gas or do something else.

The reception staff was very friendly, and the facilities were complete for both children and adults. It's just a shame the Wi-Fi in the room wasn't very good, so I didn't use it at all during my stay. And if possible, upgrade the TV to a newer model like an Android TV so you can watch more variety, like YouTube, etc.
