Spacious, clean, fragrant room with lots of facilities

Great, got a free upgrade to a suite room, very spacious, clean, comfortable.

If possible, there should be a curtain in the bathroom area so that water doesn't enter the sink area.

The hotel staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was very clean and smelled fresh, with spotless sheets and towels. The toilet was clean and odor-free. The sofa was also clean and odor-free. The food was delicious and varied. We received a birthday cake at our request when booking, and we chose to have it delivered to our room. Recommended hotel.

All the staff are friendly, check-in & out process is fast, the exterior looks old-fashioned but the inside is nice, the room is modern and clean, breakfast is varied and free for 2 children under 12 years old, the swimming pool is not too big but there is a bubble party and balls in the children's pool, the kids club is spacious but there are few toys (there is a ball pool and VR), there is a rabbit cage, beach access is currently closed but can be passed outside the hotel - walk a little down the alley next to it. Very suitable for bringing children to stay here. Thank you Mercure Ancol for the experiences!

Exciting!!! My stay was during Chinese New Year. There was a lion dance, red envelopes, and fortune cookies. There were various activities for the kids, and they had a great time playing in the activity room. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the ocean. Everyone was friendly, from the security guard, front desk, and waiters 👍🏼

The rooms are large and comfortable. The swimming pool is clean. There's also a games room.

The place was really nice, the staff were very humble.

The location is strategic, the facilities for children are plentiful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. A small suggestion: for breakfast, we had to sit in the adjacent hall because the restaurant was full. I noticed the menu wasn't as comprehensive as the one in the restaurant.

Overall, it was a great stay here. My wife and kids were satisfied.

The place is comfortable, the view of the ocean is amazing, the breakfast is delicious and just right for the palate. Next time I'll go to Mercure again 😉

very satisfying....a very complete child-friendly hotel...basically I have never regretted coming here since 2013

Sorry to say, the pool is small, my kids don't like swimming in the hotel, and many of the entertainment room's games are broken. So, it's below expectations. It's not very comfortable for a staycation, but it's sufficient as a place to rest after a tiring day exploring Ancol.

I always loved staying here before. It's a shame that free entry to the Ancol gate is no longer available.

I love this hotel; it's very family-friendly. The big plus is the large bed, big enough for two adults and two children. Breakfast is also free for two children under 12.
