We've never had a bad stay at a Mercure before. However, yesterday we found a shoe stain on the side of our bed (as pictured). We also happened to have a smoking room, so the cigarette smell persisted. Perhaps we should have noted that we didn't get a smoking room. Otherwise, it was safe and fine. The service was excellent, as usual.

The hotel is located in the Ancol tourist area, so there's an entrance fee for both guests and vehicles. However, it's perfect for a family vacation and is sure to be enjoyable, as the hotel's facilities are complete with games for both children and adults. There's also a swimming pool for both children and adults, complete with all the activities. To get to the beach, just walk back—it's simply amazing. I've been here three times and never get bored.

The hotel is located in the Ancol tourist area, the facilities for playing are champion👍. The hotel is clean. Booked 3 rooms, room 723 the spray for washing in the toilet is not strong enough, the others are good, clean & comfortable. For those who want to vacation with a large family, you must try here, complete children's play facilities, fun activities in the swimming pool, there is access to the beach through the back of the swimming pool. Breakfast for children under 12 years old is still free, the food variety is quite complete & the taste is delicious. Thank you Mercure Ancol, thank you for making family vacations fun🥰
