We had a great staycation during the holiday, the kids love it, although the swimming pool is quite small compare to the size of this hotel and the number of visitor, hope next time the swimming pool will be bigger

Pros. What a beautiful staycation at Mercure Ancol, they have friendly staff, from the security officer, bell boy and the receptionist they are all well performed during the peak season, especially with Pak Denny at the front desk, he is very helpful. The breakfast was good, the area of the restaurant is huge, can serve all the guests with small queuing and you can spend your time enjoy the food with no limit time. The best of the best is the pool slide that my son enjoyed the most. Cons. Almost none but due to covid situation the activities of the pool is limited to 1 hour only. The variety of food is very good but needs to be improved for the taste. Oh ya, you have to pay the entrance fee for your vehicle and people, so you will spend more money if you plan to go out/in the Ancol Area. This Mercure Hotel deserves 5 stars recommended hotel from me. Well done Mercure Ancol and Thank you for your hospitality.

this hotel is very recommended👍🏻 very comfortable when I stay overnight for family vacation.. thank’s for the service during my stay here 😀 especially, I love the breakfast menu as mie goreng aceh, beef sausage, omellete, chicken kungpao, chicken porridge..

we were 1 night stay. first impression is that we got upgraded room from executive to suite room. what a surprise!!! beautiful room, kids enjoyed the room and the view (beach view). we had a great breakfast too.

We had an enjoyable stay here. Surrounded by Ancol's facilities, I think this hotel is one of the best 4-star hotel in town. They have a new room concept, good food, friendly staff, and affordable room rate.

Highly recommended because this hotel is equipped with various children's activities so children will not get bored 🤍 We also requested it for my husband's birthday and were helped to decorate the room plus we got a surprise from our older siblings by delivering a cake to the room thank you Mercure

Complete facilities, bring babies and teenagers, everyone can play. Spacious room and view of the gondola and the sea. Will definitely stay again at Mercure Ancol.

Stayed here just to watch a concert at Ancol. You still have to pay to enter and exit Ancol, it was hard to find food. The check-in queue was like waiting in line for groceries for almost an hour.

The service is very good, the staff is polite and very responsive, very suitable for family vacations, especially those with small children because the Hotel Management provides many free children's play areas such as: Football Field, Playground, Face Painting, Balloons, swimming pool equipped with slides, ball pools and bubble toys. everything is okay, which is amazing.. with the room reservation order including breakfast, it is also free for children under the age of 12.. not all hotels have a policy like this.. amazing.. and this hotel is highly recommended for families.

Stayed just one night but had a really enjoyable experience at Mercure Ancol! All the staff were friendly, with the exception of the front security. The hotel is very kid-friendly and offers a wide range of fun activities for children, including free balloons and face painting, a bubble party at the pool, a fun kids club and entertainment area, toys in the sand area, a football field, and more. The room was clean and comfortable, and each one comes with its own Wi-Fi. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The highlight of our stay was the free room upgrade. Thank you so much, Mercure! My child was thrilled and already wants to come back 💕
