I stopped counting how many times I have stayed at this hotel. I have tried various other hotels, but I must admit that this one offers the best value for my transit needs. Its convenient location in the transit hub makes my flight and train connections incredibly easy. Additionally, the selection of food vendors is quite diverse.

Great pick if you're travelling around the city by public transport; MRT, KRL, Transjakarta is within 500m walking distance. It's convenient too if you need to get to the airport by the express train. Room is just as I expected from this hotel. Enough space for 2 pax with separate beds. Everything is clean and well kept.

Bathroom also in good conditions and spacious too. The views from my room is the best, and the important one is the location is accesible to everywhere cause it near everywhere too. Alhamdulillah... The room was clean, had a hanging wardrobe, mineral water, coffee, sugar, and a thermos of hot water, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the water was flowing, and soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and towels were provided. To pray, just cross the street; there's a very nice mosque right in front of the hotel. The service was good, friendly, and there was a 24-hour front desk. Cleaning staff were available. Shopping for food was also easy, as there were various eateries around the hotel 24/7. Thamrin Mall was also close by, within walking distance, and other means of transportation were also available. Monas was close, Tanah Abang was close, and Bundaran HI was also close... Laundry services were also available nearby. In short... Everything was satisfactory, including the price. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and there were no additional fees... I say jazaakullahu khairan to the hotel.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Kempinski in a Deluxe room on 17–18 August with our kids. The room was spacious enough for the three of us without needing an extra bed, and still felt very comfortable. The kids loved the cozy atmosphere, and everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and made the stay feel effortless, always ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of variety and suited both adults and kids. The location is super convenient, and overall the stay was smooth, relaxing, and family-friendly. We’d happily come back again!

Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, yet the hotel still felt tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.

Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm

Room is not that large but they use the space in a very optimal way (example: there's a bathtub even if it's slightly smaller). Bed is comfortable with great pillow, they even have various pillow menu. View from window is great. Breakfast buffet has great variety and delicious
