The staff is very very kind, friendly, full of smile and helpful. The service is one of the best. Hotel is located between 2 big mall, GI and PI, Very clean, big room. Our stay was very satisfying. Been to Jakarta a few times for work, and Holiday Inn Express Wahid Hasyim has been my go-to spot when I need something quick, clean, and well-located. The hotel isn’t trying to be flashy, but that’s what I like about it — it’s practical. You check in, get your room, and settle in fast. No fuss. The staff are friendly and helpful, and that helps a lot, especially bila sampai penat after meetings or flight delay. Location wise, memang best. Right in the middle of town — jalan kaki je to Sarinah, Grand Indonesia, cafes, even MRT. Kalau you’re the type who wants to mix business and chill time, this area really works. Room dia compact but well-thought-out. Bed comfortable, shower okay, Wi-Fi stable — all the basics covered. And I appreciate the Express Breakfast — nothing over the top, but ada nasi goreng, eggs, kopi… cukup to start the day. Overall, for a short business trip or even a quick staycation, this hotel delivers. No drama, no nonsense. Just a solid, reliable place that does what it promises.

A perfect, peaceful stay in Jakarta. I recently stayed at the Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta for a vacation with my two kids. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, and we loved the pleasant ambiance and the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Our night was so calm and quiet, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. For on a budget traveller and wants a place to put his head to sleep, it's more than enough. The room & bathroom is clean. They provide basic amenities of towel, toothpaste n brush, bottled water. Hot water can be obtained at the common filtered water place. I requested for iron and it was sent within 10 minutes with the board. Also got late check out until 1 pm without further payments. Breakfast spread was okay & enough to fill d tummy for a day out. I love the daily ginger tea. Staff was gracious. Location was great for me as shopper. The hotel is above the Thamrin City Mall with many local vendors selling local product of clothes etc. It's walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. For a mere rupiah, Grab took me to Sarinah Mall and Djkarta Theater XXI (cinema) about 2km away.

It's our 3rd time staying here, we stayed at grand deluxe room. Front desk staff at the check in and check out process were very efficient and nice. I asked for the birthday decoration in the room for my daughter at check in time (last minute) and she was so kind to follow it up. The room is still spacious with extra bed, very clean and comfortable. Many choices of breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Overall is excellent

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Kempinski in a Deluxe room on 17–18 August with our kids. The room was spacious enough for the three of us without needing an extra bed, and still felt very comfortable. The kids loved the cozy atmosphere, and everything was spotless. Staff were friendly and made the stay feel effortless, always ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of variety and suited both adults and kids. The location is super convenient, and overall the stay was smooth, relaxing, and family-friendly. We’d happily come back again!

Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, yet the hotel still felt tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.

Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm

Room is not that large but they use the space in a very optimal way (example: there's a bathtub even if it's slightly smaller). Bed is comfortable with great pillow, they even have various pillow menu. View from window is great. Breakfast buffet has great variety and delicious
