All the staff here are very friendly, even though my husband and I stayed here using public transportation, did not bring a private vehicle (motorcycle/car) but the staff did not discriminate, all were served in a friendly manner, especially the restaurant staff who was on duty for f&b service today did a very good job, the food was finished (chicken and eggs) but he informed me without me asking beforehand that he would give the chicken & eggs directly to my table, I really do not regret choosing this hotel for my husband & I honeymoon❤️🫶🏻 Will be a regular here, please maintain everything, service, cleanliness etc.

First time staying here because I was confused about where else to stay, it turned out to be very pleasant, the staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean, fragrant and well-maintained. My son loved being able to swim in the morning and the breakfast menu was varied and the taste was champion 💗. Overall, 5 stars for Gumilang Regency Hotel, I will stay here again. Continued success!! 🫶🏻💗

The best hotel in Lembang. For the price and amenities, it's really good. The place feels like it's not in Bandung anymore, and it's very spacious. For that price, you get a pool and hot water, so it's already quite cheap. The room was okay. I stayed alone, so there wasn't any scary feeling.

Highly recommended💯 Year-end vacation with a large family is the right choice to stay at Grand Mercure, very satisfied. Got a room upgrade with a balcony and connecting room. Request setup room because of a special moment and it was free, got a slice of cake, mirror art and towel decor on the bed😍 Very good service, fast and friendly staff response, quite complete facilities, delicious and varied food. And most importantly clean, both in the room and the hotel area. I feel like coming back to Grand Mercure Bandung. Thank you for the hospitality and best service❤️
