Good service, clean enough. Excellent over all.

Although we arrived quite early at 1 PM and I expected to wait, the staff actually let me check in at that time without me even asking! That was really great! And the hotel is so beautiful. I tried the massage and it was good! The breakfast buffet was also amazing with a variety of food. Would love to stay here again when I visit Surabaya next time!

Easy check-in, all staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. The breakfast offered many choices that were delicious, fresh, and varied each day. The room was spacious and comfortable.

I had a good time staying in this hotel, I stayed for 7 days. The room is clean, not that big but I like it and it is enough for me who had a solo trip and more to staycation. Their services also good, the best! Friendly, helpful. Every day they'll change the towel added the water to drink (which so helpful for me because I drink water quite often), and clean the room as well. I'd love to stay here again next time when I visit Surabaya. Too bad I haven't tried their food, they have a restaurant too by the way.

It was an awesome experience to spend my new year holiday in this 18th floor hotel room for 4d3n. That was so high, I can see Suramadu and queue of cars at entrance of Tunjungan Plaza from my large window. I have no complain for my room and the bathroom. The 100k laundry for 12 peices was cheap and helpful. Just fyi, the phone in the room is unable to make an outgoing call but you can use the phone in the lobby by asking the front desk. The breakfast was various, they serve a traditional and western menu, I love their traditional snack corner so I can try the local food in my short trip right on my breakfast. Thank you Aria Centra and staff for a fabulous hospitality !

I always love Swiss-Bel. I stayed here for a night so that I can have a dedicated space where the Wi-Fi is good and for there to have no distractions. And I got exactly that and more because it is walking distance to the city center so I got to easily meet up with the people who are living around the area, it is very conveniently located towards the end of Tunjungan Street.

Nice for staycation, comfy room, good breakfast. The staff also kind and helpful, great experience during stay in Wyndham.

Spacious room. Unique room for Japanese room type. Breakfast just so so. No place for breakfast but only pack delivered to your room. Overall satisfying to stay here. Very strategic location.
