My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary utilities, making it extremely comfortable. In-room service was fast, efficient, and attentive to every request. The location is also perfect just a short walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza and Indomaret, which made everything so convenient. All the staff, from the doorman to the reception, were genuinely warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I guess this hotel deserved the best hospitality service in Surabaya because their staffs are AMAZING! I personally love the breakfast options and ambiance. The location and the activity for the school holiday are also impressive. The kids love the pool as they are already asking for another stay.

I had a good time staying in this hotel, I stayed for 7 days. The room is clean, not that big but I like it and it is enough for me who had a solo trip and more to staycation. Their services also good, the best! Friendly, helpful. Every day they'll change the towel added the water to drink (which so helpful for me because I drink water quite often), and clean the room as well. I'd love to stay here again next time when I visit Surabaya. Too bad I haven't tried their food, they have a restaurant too by the way.

Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya is located at kayoon street, near Submarine monument, delta plaza, hokky supermarket, and the best branch of warung bu kris. In my opinion, it has a 5-star interior class because the design really looks luxurious. Upon entering the hotel, we first dropped our luggage at the drop-off and then proceeded to the parking lot. The parking lot actually can accommodate a lot of cars, it's just that that day was full because there was an event. The check-in process was no problem and fast, given 2 room keys. The lobby interior is very charming with a touch of dark, grey and gold colour combinations. The building materials used are also quite expensive. We used the elevator to get to our room. The corridor is too dark so the interior is not highlighted. I hope they can add some downlight lighting. Entering the room, it turns out that the key has been given in the key tag so the room is already cold and very comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious, the interior is dominant in wood and grey colours and the facilities are quite complete. The honeymoon set request was granted, and given an elephant art towel and a strawberry cake slice (thank you Grand Dafam). The room is quite clean, unfortunately, there is one spot on our bedside table where dry watermarks have not been cleaned. Mattress size is 2x2 meters with a bed runner, 2 pillows, 2 bolsters and 2 decorative pillows. The mattress was in excellent condition and very comfortable to use so we could rest well. The floor uses granite tiles but the mattress area is equipped with carpet so that when you get out of bed your feet stay warm. Rooms are equipped with armchairs, comfortable chairs and work desks Minibar, TV with HDMI port, SDB, alarm clock, slipper, laundry bag, and a luggage rack. Complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water, tea sachets and coffee are also provided. The bathroom is not too spacious but has a travertine colour with good ambience lighting. The shower is only a hand shower without a rain shower. There is a see-through glass in the room but it is equipped with a roller blind for cover. The amenities of Budi Jaya's production and the packaging are very elegant in black and gold. Other facilities include a semi-indoor semi-outdoor swimming pool of sufficient size, a very minimalist kids club, a podium with synthetic grass, a gym with complete equipment with a life fitness brand but locked, and a restaurant that is quite spacious with a luxury interior. What's even more surprising is that the emergency stairs are painted with a peacock motif. Breakfast is served as a buffet with service hours from 06.00 to 10. It's not difficult to get a seat because the restaurant has a lot of seating. In my opinion, the food variants are complete even for 5 stars and the taste is very suitable for my tongue, especially the Asian food. The types of food include Fresh juice and healthy drink, chilled juice and infused water, coffee and tea, slice fruit, salad bar, buffet line (fried rice with sausage, fried vermicelli, stir-fried long beans, green chilli chicken, fish with sambal match, various chilli sauces, various crackers, Indomie, sausage and egg corner, porridge, western food (potatoes, tomatoes, beans), yellow rice, gluten chicken soup, bakery pastry, French toast, ice cream, cookies, cereal, Madura porridge, pudding.

the service is very friendly.. especially the front desk guy I don't know his name.. they have few parking lots if you want to ask for free parking you can get it from the front desk guy.. my request was granted too.. they also have water dispenser so you can refill water freely.. but don't drink the water that displayed in your room because they are for sale... I always love Swiss-Bel. I stayed here for a night so that I can have a dedicated space where the Wi-Fi is good and for there to have no distractions. It was an awesome experience to spend my new year holiday in this 18th floor hotel room for 4d3n. That was so high, I can see Suramadu and queue of cars at entrance of Tunjungan Plaza from my large window. I have no complain for my room and the bathroom. The 100k laundry for 12 peices was cheap and helpful. Just fyi, the phone in the room is unable to make an outgoing call but you can use the phone in the lobby by asking the front desk. The breakfast was various, they serve a traditional and western menu, I love their traditional snack corner so I can try the local food in my short trip right on my breakfast. Thank you Aria Centra and staff for a fabulous hospitality !
