All the hotel staff were very helpful and handy, even assisting with the 3 a.m. pre-dawn meal delivery to our room, complete with hot drinks and fruit. The amenities were complete: thick, clean towels, crisp linens, and four fluffy pillows. Had a wonderful time at Hotel Ciputra.

That was my first time in Surabaya and thank you for making my stay memorable. All the service and facilities were amazing! Especially for the food, we ordered from room service twice, and the taste was superb. We also tried the food at my best friend's wedding ceremony, and it was wonderful. Kudos for all of you guys!
