We loved everything about this place, especially the sport facilities and the peaceful morning walk area. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and activities that bring the whole family together. I love this hotel. We have stayed here for three nights. The room was big, we chose Premier king room with pool view. The staffs are friendly, every time we bumped into one of them, they always greet us with a smile. The food is also good, and free afternoon tea during our stay. Actually, afternoon tea is only for two people, but when my husband and my daughter went into Samara resto to enjoy their afternoon tea, the manager asked me why I didn’t join them. When I said it’s only for two, he said I can join them for free 🥰 I forgot his name, Dani or Bani. Thank you so much, we really appreciated it 🙏 This hotel is highly recommended, it has a lot of activities for kids and adults, and their swimming pool is legendary! Very big 😍 I think it’s more than 50m. Anyway, thank you Mason Pine, keep up the good work 🫰❤️

As expected a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars service! Tho I only stayed for 1 night, but I feel recharged already. The best part of this hotel is the mini waterfall in the mini rain forest, oh and the Koi pond is so lovely! I have the best sleep listening to the sound of the waterfall, since my room oa facing towards it. Another best part is that this hotel located in the city, so delivering food to the hotel is super easy! Will definitely go back with my family asap!

We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.
