We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

Had a great stay at Harris Hotel Gubeng Surabaya. The room was clean and comfortable, with consistently cool air conditioning and a superb view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained, with clean, carpeted corridors that create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The facilities are excellent, including five lifts that make getting around quick and convenient, as well as ample parking spaces for guests. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

Friendly staff, strategic location, small playground in the lobby, quite large and clean rooms, complete amenities, and sofa beds. Just go downstairs and you can access Kaza Mall. There's a cinema, playground on every floor, and a food court. So you won't have to worry about finding food and entertainment! Definitely will come back again someday! Thank you

Best Morazen Surabaya, arrived warmly greeted and welcomed with a welcome drink. When we entered the room, there was a Graduation message on the glass, TV, and a slice of cake. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious and varied, the restaurant staff were also friendly, the place was all clean. I've been a regular when I'm in Surabaya, staying here often. Affordable, clean rooms, a clean swimming pool, a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, and a view I love overlooking the Suramadu Bridge. It's close to everything. There's no breakfast, but there are plenty of eateries nearby. I really enjoyed staying here :)
