We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

The first time I stayed at this hotel was very good, the staff were very friendly, and very helpful when there were problems, fast response, I recommend it here, if I go to Surabaya again, I can stay at this hotel again.

This is my second stay here. Check-in always includes a free room upgrade, no additional fees. The breakfast is varied, the staff is friendly, and check-in is responsive and check-out is super fast. God willing, I'll stay here again next time.

Strategic location, perfect price, not expensive and cheap (especially cheap when on sale). But the room is very spacious, clean, with excellent facilities, and nothing is broken. The public areas are okay. This is my fourth stay here.

Friendly staff, strategic location, small playground in the lobby, quite large and clean rooms, complete amenities, and sofa beds. Just go downstairs and you can access Kaza Mall. There's a cinema, playground on every floor, and a food court. So you won't have to worry about finding food and entertainment! Definitely will come back again someday! Thank you

The staff is friendly, and child-friendly as well. The restaurant service is also child-friendly. I admire the hotel and staff's child-friendly policies. My children, both under 10, both received free access to the restaurant during breakfast, all at the discretion of the hotel and staff. Coincidentally, my son had a birthday, and the staff also celebrated it with a surprise. Hopefully, this friendliness and policy will continue when our family stays again. Thank you, staff. My son was also happy and asked to come back again.

Friendly service, from security to the manager on duty. Every time we meet, we greet guests with a friendly smile. Rooms are guaranteed clean and tidy, and cleaning is available upon request or daily. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. A prime choice for shopping at Pasar Atom or ITC Mega Grosir Surabaya.

A recommended hotel for families, it's very spacious (48 m2), clean, with friendly receptionists and a very helpful front desk staff. The hotel is close to Plaza Surabaya and the Kapsel Museum, and the town square. Everything is great; although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained and consistent. The price is very reasonable considering the size of the room. The food is delicious, with a wide variety.
