We stayed at Hotel Dafam Pacific Caesar Surabaya for 3 days during my friend’s business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even struck a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staff. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍

I went for holiday with my family. From the first time we arrived, the concierge and receptionist were so friendly and helpful. Oakwood gave me an upgrade to twice the size of my actual booking room.
