The location is very close to the town square and train station. So, if you're coming from Jakarta by train, it's just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. The hotel is right next to the mall (and the only mall) in Garut.
The food is quite varied and generally delicious. The view of Mount Papandayan is also a plus.
If I may suggest, the hotel could provide a rooftop telescope (if available) so guests can view all the mountains surrounding Garut.
