That evening, I returned to the hotel because my Jakarta train ticket was at 7 p.m. They were friendly and served me wholeheartedly when I picked up my bag. The hotel was excellent. I thought the room would be small, but it wasn't. I've tried NEOs everywhere (Bali, Jogja, and Solo) and have never been disappointed. The receptionist service was also excellent and greeted me warmly. The valet service was professional and reliable, considering the limited parking area around the hotel.
