The hotel staff were all very friendly. I left my bag in storage after checking out because I wanted to try tengkleng and go to MBZ. That evening, I returned to the hotel because my Jakarta train ticket was at 7 p.m. They were friendly and served me wholeheartedly when I picked up my bag. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, to the receptionist, who were patient and smiling. 😁

The service was excellent, with free pick-up from the station and even early check-in assistance. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, including a delicious Javanese jamu gendong (traditional Javanese herbal drink). The staff was also friendly and helpful, and I was recommended delicious Solo cuisine, batik shopping, and cozy cafes. Thank you, Aston Solo.

A hotel in the city center with easy access to various places in Solo. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and caring. I also found the breakfast menu very varied and had many choices. In terms of taste, I found it exceptional.

The hotel management/staff is very kind and honest and very helpful. I left my Samsung Airbuds in the room when I checked out. The management/staff contacted me and kept it until our son picked it up a few days later. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the management/staff. Hopefully Grand Orchid Hotel Solo will be more successful and advance and develop.

I swear it's the best.. The service is unassuming.. Everyone is smiling, friendly, and kind. This is my second time in Solo, and I will recommend this hotel to my friends. This hotel is strategically located in Solo, with very affordable prices, but the room amenities are quite satisfactory! The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but the hotel is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable! If I ever return to Solo, I'll definitely stay here again.

Very satisfied staying here 😍 Arrived greeted with fresh strawberry tea and the service was top notch 👍 All the hotel staff were very friendly 👍 Clean and tidy in every corner of the hotel, smells fragrant 😍 The food is also delicious, if you want to snack/shop, it's close to Legi market + all kinds of culinary places 🤤 Well, the most different thing is the swimming pool 🤩🤩🤩 Use warm water, then you can swim until 10 PM but the warm water is only until 9 PM. And what I didn't expect, all the water is warm, even the water from the toilet hose is warm 🤩
