What I like is the coridor was clean, smell good, and they have connecting music while I am refil the water. So this is my first time find a Big Hotel with water dispenser coridor/outside the room, mostly in hostel/homestay. That was good so you will never ever thirsty in room when you forgot to buy mineral water outside. 8/10 for overall.

This is the best of the best 5-star hotels.
1. The entire hotel staff is friendly, patient, and polite, with exceptional service.
2. The interior of the hotel and rooms is very luxurious.
3. There was a welcome drink, a free birthday cake, and beautiful birthday decorations in the room.
4. I booked well in advance, and all my special requests were met very well. It was all worth it, with the extraordinary service from the staff. I was given a 2 p.m. check-out, and the kids had free breakfast even though they had breakfast in the room. Check-in was very fast, and it was delivered directly to the room. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous, even though we had breakfast in the room. I was truly satisfied with the abundance and delicious taste of the food. The best part was the lontong (rice cake) at breakfast; it was absolutely delicious. If I could give this hotel 10 stars for its service, food, and everything. It's truly a 5-star hotel with no flaws whatsoever. I was very happy to stay at
Grand Cityhall; it didn't disappoint in the slightest

The hotel is located right in the center of Medan city. Across the hotel is the Famous Old but Well-known Restaurant: Tip Top. Nearby, there are lots of food options in the evening. I made a reservation which included breakfast. The breakfast is okay, enough in the morning. I had a very good stay, the staff were friendly, the room was big and clean, and so was the bathroom. More than I expected. The design they made in the hotel is very Instagrammable. I recommend this hotel, but please don't increase the price, because I want to stay here again.. LOL.

Roemah 28 Syariah Boutique Hotel
It was quite surprising to find a homey place in the middle of the city. Full of vintage and old-style furniture, its ambience is enough to keep you comfortable. More than happy to stay at this guest house. As a coffee lover, I am very pleased to find that this house also is a roastery. A good cup of fresh coffee is all you need to energize you. Will be back for sure.
