Staying for a family short escape/staycation. Me, my wife, and our 3 children were really happy. They got plenty of activities, a kid warm pool, playground, and mini zoo. Breakfast had many options and various menus suitable for kids. Will come back for sure.

The location is very strategic, very close to Jalan Braga and Jalan Asia Afrika. For those who want a staycation here, it is highly recommended. If you don't want to travel far to tourist areas by car, prefer to stay here. You can visit the Asia Africa Museum, ride the Bandros, or just walk along Jalan Braga - it's very satisfying. All the staff are very friendly and responsive. The room is clean and feels spacious due to the attractive design. My husband and I plan to return to Kimaya if we travel to Bandung again. The hotel's location is on point. It is near the Pasteur Toll and easy access to go to either Lembang or the city center. The room size is adequate, but bedsheets and towels need to be refurbished, because there are many stains on them and the colour isn't white anymore. The in room phone isn't working, so I have to go to the restaurant to order food to be delivered to my room. Check in and check out process are quick and hassle free. The parking area is small, so you need to go back early to the hotel to get a good parking spot.
