I had the most pleasant stay here. The bedroom is pretty big, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge, I had the main street view. What I love most about this hotel is that it has a mini fridge. The check in process was pretty fast, less than two minutes. Before you want to check in, make sure you have 200.000 IDR with you for the deposit. But, don't worry! There's an ATM (BCA) next to the hotel. The location is very strategic. It's easy to get to some places, like bars, traditional market, supermarkets, the beach, and restaurants. I didn't get to try the food and the drink at the bar. Apparently, they're pretty expensive and you need to pay 21% additional fee for tax. The thing that I think needs to be improved is the TV. The quality of the TV is pretty bad. Looks like it's full of ants. But, I am okay with that. Who watches TV nowadays anyway? Also, the wifi is pretty slow. Overall, I would give this hotel a rate of 9 out of 10. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

We arrived at Fave Hotel at 5 a.m. due to a long journey from Pekanbaru. We were planning a vacation with seven friends. The receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful. Our suitcases were safely stored in the room, as we left them until check-in time in the afternoon. All our room and bed requests were met, even a connecting room was available. The location is strategic, close to everything. Worth a stay.

All the staff are friendly, and the owner is very friendly.
Check-in was very easy and there were no additional fees even though we arrived before check-in time. The room was nice, cool, clean, and safe thanks to card access.
The motorbike rental was cheap and comfortable, and we were given a bonus for staying an extra day at the hotel. The food at the restaurant was delicious and affordable. It's perfect for those who want to vacation or stay overnight for work.
We'll be back if we go to West Sumatra again.😇😇
